New York City native Cardi B thrilled fans in attendance at the Knicks game last night with a halftime performance. Most of her short set wasn’t broadcast on ESPN, as the network showed analysis from the Inside The NBA crew, but the brief cut-in they did do ended up being the most viral moment from the entire game, as Charles Barkley’s quip about her “Cardi Ds” resulted in extended laughter and host Ernie Johnson making it clear he was not the one who said it.

The back-and-forth sequence, which also featured some comments from Shaquille O’Neal, was quickly clipped by several popular Twitter accounts, and almost immediately, it was everywhere. Some users shared it because they enjoyed the comments. Some users shared it because they couldn’t believe he said it, and some users shared it because they wanted to talk about Cardi B’s fantastic outfit. You can watch the unhinged moment below…

Inside The NBA has been, by a very wide margin, the most talked about studio show in sports for decades. A typical episode features moderator Ernie Johnson, along with Barkley, Shaq and Kenny Smith. The runtime varies depending on the game and what they’re doing, but a typical episode would see them go on at halftime for a brief segment and then go on again after the game to provide post-game analysis. Sometimes they’re also joined by other NBA legends who might come on as special guests or even current players who might stop by for an interview.

The analysis is always strong, as Barkley, Shaq and Kenny are all highly regarded former NBA players with thoughtful things to say, but the real reason the show has been on the air for decades is because the guys have fantastic chemistry and never pull any punches. Barkley and Shaq especially are willing to say whatever pops in their heads. Usually that results in them dunking on players for bonehead plays and mistakes they made during the game (or entire teams), but like we saw last night, it also sometimes results in them dunking on each other or going way off topic (like when they got family photos done).

There was great concern across the sports world last year that Inside The NBA was going to say its final goodbye. TNT, the show’s longtime home, lost the rights to broadcast NBA games, but after a national outcry, ESPN decided to pick the entire crew up and use them for their broadcast team. There was some grumbling about the network cutting back their schedule and some initial concerns about whether the team would be muzzled, but as this entire exchange about Cardi B illustrates, ESPN has mostly just let them do their thing.

As for Cardi B herself, she was clearly amused by the entire thing. She retweeted a video of Barkley’s comments, as well as a screenshot of her trending on social media during the game. She also posted pictures in courtside seats with her son, who seemed to be having a great time.

They were joined by an arsenal of celebrities including President Trump, Ben Stiller, Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, Spike Lee, Fat Joe, Timothée Chalamet, John McEnroe, Mariska Hargitay and many more. They were all hoping to see the Knicks get one step closer to their first NBA Championship in over fifty years. The team wound up losing a close game, but they still hold a 2-1 lead over the San Antonio Spurs. Game 4 is on Wednesday night and will offer Barkley and company some more time with a live microphone to say whatever they want to say.

Not long after Saturday Night Live made its return to the 2026 TV schedule, it aired its 1,000th episode, which was hosted by Alexander Skarsgård with Cardi B as the musical guest. Apparently, though, it wasn’t all a big celebration behind the scenes, as the Season 51 musical guest reportedly threw a phone and punched a screen over a joke made about Nicki Minaj during rehearsals.

Allegedly, during rehearsals for the January 31 episode of SNL, there was a Weekend Update joke about Nicki Minaj and her affiliation with MAGA. According to insiders who spoke to TMZ, when that joke, which did not mention Cardi B, was made, she freaked out.

She allegedly destroyed equipment after she overheard the bit and threatened to leave the show. It was reported that the situation escalated, as she threw her phone at a monitor backstage. Apparently, she also punched a screen in a producer’s office and broke it.

That screen had to be replaced before dress rehearsal started, a source claimed. And apparently, this situation left people unsettled.

According to the report, the joke was ultimately left out of that week’s Weekend Update.

It’s worth noting that this story has not been confirmed by Cardi B or Saturday Night Live. The musician did ultimately perform during the show, playing "Bodega Baddie" and "ErrTime" during the musical guests' typical slots in a given SNL episode.

Over the years, there have been quite a few infamous moments on SNL involving memorable musical guests. Kanye West went off on a political rant years ago, and Rage Against the Machine had their set cut short due to their plans to protest the night’s host, to name a few examples. So, this is by no means the first time something unexpected has happened in Studio 8H.

It’s also worth noting that Cardi B and Nicki Minaj have a long and complex history. Back in 2018, reports came out that the “I Like It” rapper tried to fight the “Super Bass” rapper at a New York Fashion Week party after they’d been arguing about a verse in a Migos song that Minaj was featured on. Then, late in 2025, via The Cut, the two got into a feud on X seemingly over Cardi B’s album, Am I the Drama? which involved them calling each other’s kids out, among other things.

Again, what happened at SNL is alleged. However, these two rappers have a long and unfriendly history.

Now, as we wait to see if we get more clarity on the matter, a new episode of SNL is scheduled to air this week. Heated Rivalry’s Connor Storrie will be hosting with musical guest Mumford and Sons, and you can watch it on the show’s titular night on NBC or with a Peacock subscription at 11:30 p.m. ET.

If the litany of silly ads featuring Kendall Jenner or Andy Samberg dressed as Neil Diamond weren't enough of an indicator, Super Bowl LX is fast-approaching. While this means the world will get to see the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks square off once again in the big game, it also means Bad Bunny's much-discussed halftime show will happen. Amidst all the conversation surrounding it, there's a pretty fun rumor that popped up I want to see come true.

While campaigns have popped up in recent months to replace Bad Bunny or shame him for sitting at a baseball game, a new rumor has suggested another music star will take the stage with him. I think it'd be dope, so I'm really hoping that when Benito takes the stage, Cardi B is right behind him.

Some People Think Cardi B Will Be A Guest Star During Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Halftime Performance

Vegas Insider asked over 3,000 NFL fans about Bad Bunny's halftime performance, the songs they'd like to hear, and potential surprise guest stars they'd want to see. The results are interesting, considering Cardi B was the top choice by a wide margin (33%), and their song "I Like It" was also the top song chosen by fans that they wanted to hear (18%).

"I Like It," being the most requested song isn't surprising. It was Billboard's top song of 2018, beating out even Travis Scott's "Sicko Mode" that same year. The single was acclaimed by many notable music outlets, in fact, and boasts over 1.8 billion streams on Spotify. It's Cardi's most-streamed song on the platform, though only the 6th most popular for Bad Bunny, according to Kworb. In any case, for an artist playing the hits during their halftime show, it would be a good idea to do this one.

Cardi B Will Likely Already Be At Super Bowl LX Thanks To Her NFL Boyfriend

While we don't know if Cardi B will be performing with Bad Bunny, there is a high likelihood she'll be at Super Bowl LX. The rapper is dating New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, and has cheered on the team all season long, whether she was at home or in the owner's box with Robert Kraft.

All this to say, even if there wasn't a previous plan to include Cardi B in the performance, it's now easier than ever to get her in the mix. I'm more apt to think that Cardi would've shown up for Bad Bunny's halftime show regardless of whether her beau made it to the Super Bowl or not. That said, she's rejected offers to perform in the past (via CBS News), so maybe the stars have aligned to get something we never would've seen otherwise.

I'm just hoping for an entertaining halftime show, especially after the bar was set last year with Kendrick Lamar taking a victory lap after winning his feud with Drake. I think many viewers will be watching to see if Bad Bunny makes any comments about the President of the United States and his administration, considering the general disapproval of allowing the Puerto Rican music star a platform during tense political times. We'll see how memorable the performance is and whether Cardi B graces the stage or not.

Super Bowl LX kicks off on Sunday, February 8th, on NBC and Peacock. It should be an entertaining night of television on all fronts, even if you aren't invested in which team ends up winning.

It has been suggested in the past that money is wasted on the rich. I’m not saying that if I had all the money in the world, I wouldn’t spend a significant chunk of it on stuff I didn’t really need, that Disneyland Club 33 membership is calling my name, but Cardi B reached a new and interesting level of rich at the point when spending $13,000 on an ass piercing didn't inspire any hesitation.

As rear ends go, Cardi B has one of the more famous ones in the world today. Perhaps for that reason, she felt the need to add some bling by getting it pierced. However, the story of Cardi B’s pierced butt is quite the wild ride, so strap in, folks. In an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Cardi B begins the tale with the fact that she actually had surgery on her famously large butt to make it smaller. She explained:

Why is Cardi B’s ass surgery important to this story? Because it made getting the piercing significantly easier for her. While most piercings don't go as badly as that scene from the most recent Final Destination movie, Cardi B says she actually doesn’t recommend that others get the piercing.

Piercings often cause pain, and once caused Florence Pugh to faint, so one can imagine a butt piercing not feeling great to get. However, due to Cardi’s surgery, she didn’t feel anything. The "WAP" singer continued:

I suppose if you really want to get pierced, doing it in a part of your body where you’re already numb isn’t the worst idea. As far as the $13,000 she spent on it, if she’s got the money and that's what she wants to do with it, good for her. Unfortunately, it’s possible that having the numb ass was also a problem for the piercing, as she reveals she apparently lost it down the toilet at some point, and didn’t actually notice. We’ve certainly heard of people who flush money down the toilet in a figurative sense, but it appears Cardi B. flushed $13K down the toilet quite literally. I’d have a panic attack if I lost that much money like that, but Cardi B is taking it in stride.

It turns out it wasn't even a total loss for the hitmaker anyway, as those from the establishment that performed the piercing (a regular for Cardi B) said they'd be good with refunding the purchse. As she put it:

To be fair, whatever happened to make the piercing fall out at the absolute worst time wasn’t supposed to happen. I assume that a butt piercing is designed to withstand the normal things one’s ass goes through on a daily basis. Cardi hasn’t yet had the piercing put back in, though it sounds like she plans to do it eventually. How much she’ll spend on the replacement has not been revealed.

Cardi B and Offset’s relationship has been filled with ups and downs and, at this point, the estranged spouses appear to be done for good. With that, it’s seemingly been evident for a little while that both rappers have moved on. That now seems to be completely true when it comes to Cardi B as, following rumors and reports, she formally confirmed she’s dating New England Patriots player Stefon Diggs. Offset apparently wasn’t too enthused with the announcement, though, as he shaded his ex in a post that’s since been deleted.

This weekend, the 32-year-old “WAP” performer shared a post to her Instagram, through which she confirmed her relationship with the 31-year-old NFL wide receiver. Her post includes a carousel of photos, with one of the pics showing the Grammy winner and her beau looking cozy on a boat. The post also features a video that shows the rapper twerking on Diggs. Fans of Cardi B seemed to be living for the post, with many expressing delight over her new relationship with Steffon Diggs. Offset and Cardi B began dating in 2017 and, by September of that same year, the two music stars tied the knot. In 2018, it was revealed that the two were expecting their first child, with Cardi revealing her pregnancy during her set on Saturday Night Live. The years that followed were ultimately filled with allegations of unfaithfulness on Offset’s part. His supposed infidelity allegedly factored into Cardi B being charged with the assault of two bartenders and having to head to court as a result.

Cardi B filed for divorce from her husband in 2020 but, only a month later, she backpedaled and said she and her spouse had reconciled. The couple welcomed two more children, one in 2022 and the other in 2024. The latter arrived on the heels of the “I Like It” performer filing for divorce again.

That divorce remains in flux, as the two rap stars continue to fling allegations against one another. Some of the chatter has involved their three kids – Kulture (6), Wave (3) and Blossom (8 months). And, per Page Six, Offset was accused of having only seen Blossom a few times since her birth in late 2024. It remains to be seen just how long those legal proceedings will last but, in the meantime, it appears the “Be Careful” co-writer is currently content with Stefon Diggs.

Fans have been waiting for the fifth and final season of You, one of the best shows on Netflix, and it’s now close to dropping amid the 2025 TV schedule. Penn Badgley’s Joe Goldberg is set to return for his last hurrah in April, and Cardi B is one of the many who’s excited. That shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to those who are aware of the rapper’s fandom. It’s her massive level of adoration for the show that’s caused her to be linked to Badgley. Now, it seems a social media user chronicled that saga – minute details and all.

What helped legitimize the unlikely, but lovely, Badgley/Cardi friendship was the eventual response from the service that houses You. Considering how much Netflix subscription holders seemed to be enjoying the back-and-forth between the two stars and caused it to trend on Twitter, it was probably a given that the streamer would take notice. Ahead of Season 4, the streamer made a note in its Twitter bio in support of Cardi appearing on the show. Badgley also gifted the songstress some sweet gear and an eerie letter from “Joe”:

Following all of that, both Penn Badgley and Cardi B addressed their newfound link in separate interviews. Badgley appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in 2021, and he lauded Cardi and expressed his hope for her to appear on the show. We’ve officially made the jump to fall, and the weather is starting to get slightly more brisk. However, it’s still the perfect season for a wedding or two, and one Hollywood A-lister just had such an event. Anya Taylor-Joy officially tied the knot with her partner of two years, Malcolm McRae, this past weekend. She and the musician also chose a wonderful backdrop for their big day, as they jumped the broom in the lovely Italian city of Venice. We now have some specific details on the event, including the fact that it was a star-studded event attended by Cara Delevingne and more.

How Did The Wedding Play Out And Who Were The Celebrity Guests?

Anya Taylor-Joy and Malcolm McRae exchanged vows on Saturday, September 30. The woman of the hour was spotted by paparazzi while she was in her wedding gown, and she looked gorgeous. According to Tatler, paparazzi captured photos of her while she was standing atop a balcony overlooking Venice’s Grand Canal. Taylor-Joy was sipping coffee while wearing a long silk dress. (Seriously, can you imagine just casually seeing the star in such a way while walking or sailing by?)

The actual ceremony took place at the historic Palazzo Pisani Moretta, which is in proximity to the Rialto Bridge. Per Tatler, 150 guests attended the wedding and, while that sounds like a lot of people, that total was described as an “intimate” selection of friends and family. As mentioned, of course, there were also more than a few notable stars present for the festivities. In addition to Cara Delevingne (who was dressed in a sleek black ensemble), Julia Garner, Evan Ross, Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Sperry, were on hand to celebrate. Also joining in the fun was Nicholas Hoult, who co-starred with the bride on the horror thriller The Menu (which can be streamed with a Hulu subscription). 

So it pretty much goes without saying that the stars showed up and showed out for the couple’s big day, and it would appear they had quite a time. At least, that’s the impression one gets from the handful of social media posts that were shared from that weekend.

She also has a few exciting productions to look forward to, including her turn in the upcoming Mad Max prequel. The twelfth season of FX's genre hit, subtitled American Horror Story: Delicate, is oozing vibes harking back to earlier seasons like Coven and Hotel, partially due to all the grrrl power in the full cast, and partially due to non-acting mega-celeb Kim Kardashian in a starring role. The first look at the reality star alongside Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne was pretty freaky, and we now have an extended teaser from FX with even more clues and footage to scour over and speculate about ahead of the season, which will be split into two parts for the first time in franchise history. 

To that end, I already have a handful of theories cooked up after watching the video above, as well as some ideas about how it could tie back into past seasons. Which doesn’t include “FX wants to torture us by not immediately us first looks at Michaela Jaé Rodriguez or Billie Lourd,” but that’s also bouncing around my brain. Now let’s put on our goopiest thinking caps to dive into AHS theories.

All The Icky Spider Stuff Is Mostly Metaphorical

After so many years of visually haunting teasers and trailers ahead of yearly seasons, American Horror Story fans know that not everything that pops up in the promos is meant to have a straightforward impact on the season itself. Which is why I think the over-abundant usage of spider imagery here is almost entirely meptahorical and will allude to mythology or other forms of symbology. 

In what will forever be mixed-messaging to me, spiders have been used to represent birth and creation, which certainly ties in here, especially the moment in the trailer with all the egg babies pouring out of the broken egg. (Anyone who's ever unwittingly killed a pregnant spider likely felt the same chills and clenches my body went through.) Kim Kardashian's character seems like a fitting enough stand-in for the Greek goddess Arachne, details unheard, while Cara Delevingne seems to be imbued with Anansi-esque trickster behavior. And then there's the Japanese jorōgumo, a folklorish creature that can shapeshift from a spider into a beautiful and seductive woman. Maybe American Horror Story: Delicate will showcase ALL the spider mythology out there.

Most Likely Season Tie-In: Coven's Lore-Touting Witches

The Story Will Center On Both Good And Evil Babies

The concept of "good vs. evil" is as old as time, and it's obviously also a central part of American Horror Story's storylines from year to year, even if it sometimes leans more into "evil vs. evil." But while the live-action Delicate, which is based on Danielle Valentine's novel Delicate Condition, has been speculated to be a spin on Rosemary's Baby and other kinds of "mother carrying a monster" narratives, the teaser hints that maybe not everything will be darkness within these characters' wombs. 

The back-and-forth shots of the rocking bassinets seems to pretty directly set up light/dark dichotomy, where the more angelically lit sleeper has a nice mobile dangling above it, while the red-tinted bassinet doesn't have such luxuries. Plus, there's the fact that Kim Kardashian is donning a black dress amidst her possible acolytes, while Emma Roberts' pained character is dressed in white. Dun-dun-dunnnn.

Cara Delevingne's Meg Is Trying To Clone Herself Through Surrogates

Another way American Horror Story: Delicate may be distancing itself from the demonology and religious sentiments of Rosemary’s Baby is by setting its good/evil babies balance wholly in the world of science and technology. The shots of needles and cells do tip things more into medical practices, even if all those women chasing Emma Roberts’ Anna Alcott look like they’re fully down with weird rituals. But like, the teaser is very clear about showing a centrifuge, which doesn’t have nearly as many historical reference points as spiders.

Because Cara Delevingne’s Meg is rocking such a specific white-blonde hairstyle, and because that’s the same hairstyle adorned by all of the women chasing Anna, it makes me think Meg has a plan for tweaking the population. She may not be intent on using her own DNA for the cloning, to be sure, but that character is already giving Victor Frankenstein, just with fetuses instead of corpses as her subjects.

Aliens Are Also Involved Maybe?

Okay, so this one is the most out-there of this group of theories, both in terms of location and conjecture. Because that idea is largely tied to the image seen above, of the presumed spider-creature ready to burst from the womb. That particular visual instantly brings to mind the facehugging creatures from Ridley Scott's Alien, even though those were on the outside of the body instead of the inside like these. 

But there's also something alien in the look of the long black fingers and tentacles and spider legs. I could spend a completely different article pontificating about cloning alien spiders, but I don't necessarily think all those ideas are going to gel together here. If they did, though, hot damn!

Will any of these theories pan out? Will all of them come true? Did I miss the mark each and every time? How much tithing do I need to get done for Dark Lord Ryan Murphy in order to get the Infantata back on my TV?

American Horror Story: Delicate will debut the first half of its season on FX on Wednesday, September 20, with episodes available to stream the next day with a Hulu subscription. At this point, it's unknown when production will start up again on the later episodes, as both the WGA writers strike and the SAG-AFTRA strike will need to be resolved in order for filming to resume.

The 2023 Fall TV season is set to suffer dearly when it comes to scripted TV premieres, but FX has a far more enjoyable sense of agony in store for viewers with a double dose of star-studded frights. American Horror Story’s 12th season (subtitled Delicate), and franchise spinoff American Horror Stories are each set to make their highly anticipated debuts, and each is having to change up initial release plans due to the ongoing WGA writers strike and SAG-AFTRA actors strike.

As such, each series in the American Horror Story franchise is being released in a new way that changes up what fans have gotten used to over the years. Whether those changes are good or bad is up to audiences to decide, but they were apparently deemed necessary in order to give this Halloween as much Ryan Murphy flair as it deserves. Here’s what to expect from both AHS shows. 

American Horror Story: Delicate Release Details

For 11 years running, American Horror Story aired its seasons in full stretches, with sporadic variations by way of episode counts, premiere windows, and that one year when it aired on Tuesday nights for whatever reason. FX gave AHS: NYC its own pretty major scheduling alteration in 2022 by airing back-to-back episodes for the duration of the season, resulting in an arguably truncated experience for those of us who enjoy this show’s signature batshittery for as many weeks as possible.

This time around, it’s not wholly clear just yet how the ep rollout will go down, but the network confirmed that American Horror Story: Delicate will be split into two separate parts, with the first section premiering on Wednesday, September 20. Which means we might be waiting a while to find out why Kim Kardashian’s twisted pregnancy story features spiders so heavily in its creepy first-look imagery, as seen below.  

The concept of a two-part season might not be so horrifying if we had any idea of when Kardashian and co-stars Cara Delevigne, Emma Roberts and more can return to film the remainder of the season once the SAG-AFTRA strike has concluded. Unfortunately, that's not clear just yet, so we'll have to make do with however many episodes were completed before production went on hiatus.

American Horror Stories Season 3 Release Details

American Horror Stories hasn't aired for nearly as long as the flagship series, and thus hasn't quite set up clear expectations for its release methods. For instance, Season 1 kicked off its seven-ep run with a doubled-up premiere, while the second season spread its eight installments out across eight full weeks. Season 3 will reverse course in that sense, however, by dropping everything that was filmed all at once. 

As part of this year's Huluween festivities, American Horror Stories Season 3 will debut all four episodes at once for fans with Hulu subscriptions. That premiere was revealed to be happening on Thursday, October 26, which could technically set up a four-night viewing run going into the year's spookiest holiday. There's nothing NOT freaky AF about the first look at the season below.

It's unclear if FX and Hulu will turn the unproduced episodes into a fourth season, or if their fate will be decided once the strikes are over. And we'll have to wait a little longer to see official pics and footage from the new eps. 

In the meantime, though, every bit of American Horror Story excellence can be streamed in full on Hulu.

The fall TV season is approaching, and FX at least will be able to release one of its usual mainstays despite the WGA writers strike and SAG-AFTRA actors strike. American Horror Story is returning for its twelfth season, with none other than reality star Kim Kardashian as part of the cast alongside actors more accustomed to scripted projects. Now, FX has released first looks at Kardashian, AHS regular Emma Roberts, and Carnival Row's Cara Delevingne, and the release date for American Horror Story: Delicate reveals that spider season is upon us... well before Halloween. 

Kim Kardashian is quite literally wearing a massive spider in the first look at her in American Horror Story, and she's hardly recognizable as the same woman from The Kardashians. Take a look:

If you think that the placement of the massive spider on Kim Kardashian looks like a pregnancy bump, that's no coincidence! AHS: Delicate is based on a book called Delicate Condition, which follows a woman believing that somebody or something wants to prevent her pregnancy. The image of Emma Roberts looks even more like she's expecting:

The Delicate season will be the first time that a season of AHS is adapted from a book, which is reportedly worth comparison to horror classic Rosemary's Baby. If the show is anything like that film, this may be a rough season for Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts' characters!

The image of Cara Delevingne for American Horror Story Season 12 doesn't evoke pregnancy as much as the photos of Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts, but her character definitely looks like somebody you'd want to avoid as much as those massive spiders! Check her out:

Something tells me that Cara Delevingne's syringe full of what looks like a spider-related serum isn't a giveaway that AHS Season 12 is going to be about attempts to create the next Spider-Man! This season marks Delevingne's first role in American Horror Story, as well as Kardashian's. Emma Roberts has appeared in several seasons since debuting on the show in Season 3 in 2013, and she ranks among cast members who have been in the most seasons.

Production on Season 12 wasn't without its complications, particularly in light of the current strikes across the entertainment industry. After Kardashian tweeted from the set back in June, TV writers on strike responded with everything from inviting her to join the WGA picket lines to saying that she crossed their line. Just a couple weeks later, a Blacklist producer name-dropped Kim Kardashian and Ryan Murphy as people who could "have tremendous impact" if they joined the strike efforts. The writers strike is still ongoing, and WGA has been joined by SAG-AFTRA's actors in striking against the AMPTP. 

For now, with fall approaching in the 2023 TV schedule, you can find these three actresses debuting in their new characters with the premiere of American Horror Story: Delicate on Wednesday, September 20 at 10 p.m. ET on FX, and streaming next day for those with a Hulu subscription.

Some people just don't deserve to be let out into the world where other people are trying to enjoy themselves, as evidenced by the disruptive and somewhat disturbing trend of throwing things at musicians who are in the midst of concert performances. One of the latest higher-profile incidents of that nature involved the take-no-shit extrovert rapper Cardi B. And guess what? She. Was. Not. Having. It. To the point where she shocked everybody by straight up chucking her microphone at the offending party.

As captured in the TikTok video below from user j_blizzyy, who’d shared several other videos from the show, Cardi B was performing in Las Vegas at The Cromwell, specifically Drai’s Beachclub, having also taken the stage the night before. She was in the middle of performing her hit “Bodak Yellow” when a fan near the stage shockingly raised a glass and flung the unknown contents of the cup in the “W.A.P.” singer’s direction, and it definitely connected. 

Perhaps just as shockingly, Cardi B’s first instinct wasn’t to bring the microphone up to her mouth to verbally call the fan out in front of all the others in the crowd who were perfectly happy not interrupting the show, she impulsively hurled the microphone in the direction of the offending fan while also hurling some choice words that way. It’s not 100% clear whether or not Cardi B’s aim was on point, nor whether the fan was indeed smacked with the airborne microphone. But once they realized what was happening, her security jumped into the mix and, according to TMZ, escorted the offending party out of the crowd. No word on if the person dealt with follow-up from hotel security or police, but hopefully that incident was enough to convince them not to pull that bullshit elsewhere.

Cardi B shared the video on her own social media after it was all said and done, though without any kind of personal commentary about it, making it hard to infer what she was feeling. Fans were quick to champion her for her reflexive response. 

This is only the latest in a number of relatively recent instances where overzealous fans, possibly in an attempt to gain social media attention, have thrown non-traditional and/or potentially dangerous objects at performing artists. The ignorant trend was highly publicized after Bebe Rexha was hit in in the face by a flying cell phone, which required follow-up medical attention. Harry Styles was also hit in the face (possibly in the eye) during a recent concert, as were other artists such as Kid Cudi, Drake and more. While it didn’t involve physical contact, Pink dealt with a fan who threw their mother’s cremated ashes onto the stage. 

To be sure, the act of throwing things on stage definitely isn’t new, and has been part of the concert experience for many years. But there’s a difference between someone casually throwing flowers, love letters, marijuana, underwear, etc. onto a stage, and someone aiming directly at a musician with something that could legitimately injure them. I’m sure there are some kind of safety precautions, but the very idea of throwing anything liquid onto a stage full of electronic equipment is moronic enough to justify banning these people from future performances. 

For what it’s worth, not all of these incidents are of an inherently negative nature. One particularly busty Drake fanatic sparked much interest after throwing her bra onto the stage while he was performing. Not only did the Canadian rapper handle the moment with charismatic aplomb, but the woman soon revealed that the viral moment inspired Playboy to reach out and offer her a gig, which she said she applied for. Hopefully nobody offers the liquid-flinging person at Cardi B’s concert anything, although if they wanted to get punched in the face by Machine Gun Kelly, the rap-rocker could probably make that happen. 

No one should be surprised if Cardi B’s next music video is filmed at a location where axe-throwing is available. She might be interested in building up that kind of muscle memory in case future concerts feature similar disruptions.

The 2023 new movie schedule is packed full of entertaining stories worth going out of your way to check out in theaters. Although, no other movie but Joy Ride can say it has a hilarious “WAP” cover performed by its leading cast just minutes before leaving its audience wiping away tears. But, what is the origin story of Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s viral 2020 collab finding its way into the movie? Director Adele Lim spoke to CinemaBlend about how she got the rights to the song for the R-rated comedy. 

Adele Lim’s wishes to have “WAP” in Joy Ride weren't simply for laughs or shock value. Here’s what the director told us about scoring the song: 

As it turned out, the hip-hop stars were totally on board with their hit song receiving a cover in Joy Ride. As Adele Lim shared in our interview, it was a shot in the dark when she decided to write them a letter. However, thanks to her genuine reasons about why the song should be in the film, she got a “Yes” from Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion. When I asked the director whether the singers have seen the movie itself, here’s what she told us: 

Joy Ride follows an unlikely group who find themselves on an epic journey in China when Ashley Park’s character Audrey's business trip goes sideways. In a desperate attempt for the four of them to catch a ride out of China, the foursome finds themselves having to convince airport security they are a famed K-pop group called Brownie Tuesday. And yes, the song they cover is “WAP.” It’s a fun scene, and we can’t imagine it being any other song. 

During the Joy Ride Los Angeles press day, we also asked Ashley Park about her Gollum impression. Stephanie Hsu also recalled filming the “WAP” scene on set, saying this: 

Joy Ride, which once had a NSFW title to match its raunchy spirit, has been hailed by critics as one of the funniest movies of the year. The sentiment is also shared in CinemaBlend’s Joy Ride review, where our own Riley Utley gave it four out of five stars saying that it “thrives on so many levels.” You can check out the comedy in theaters now.

There were a lot of beautiful celebrity looks at the 2023 Oscars, and among them, Cara Delevingne made a lot of the best dressed lists. Her appearance was further highlighted by the fact the Planet Sex star recently announced she’d gotten sober after reports and rumors rolled around she needed help following previous red carpet appearances. This time around, she brought her a-game to the event, and reports are breaking that she was reportedly paid six figures to do so. 

Having a celebrity rep your wares on the red carpet is definitely good for any brand, and this year Cara Delevingne wore a red dress from Elie Saab’s 2021 Fall/Winter line. She paired the dress with Stuart Weitzman that seemed to be about six inches in height. The look was then successfully accentuated with a series of Bulgari jewels that were styled by Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi. Only it seems the jewels were also paid for.

Per a report over at Page Six, Cara Delevingne was allegedly paid $241,000 to wear Bulgari jewels to the Oscars event. There’s no denying the jewels looked beautiful with the dress. You can see the snake necklace and the matching earrings in the full look at her ensemble. It’s certainly striking, and even more notable now that we know she was paid for it. 

Pay is actually fairly common at these sorts of events, as celebrities can net anywhere from $100K to $250k for a particular look. Some stars can net even more than that if they work out a deal with a particular brand. Jennifer Lawrence had a multi-year deal with Dior that reportedly made her in the $15-20 million dollar range; it makes me wonder how much Florence Pugh is making for repping all those sheer Valentino dresses. 

To note though, celebrities also have to pay their stylists and a whole team to achieve the red carpet fairytale look. The stylist(s) alone can cost $30-50K (via Business Insider)

Later on in the night, the Bulgari jewels were whisked away (and I presume put in a very safe place) as Delevingne donned a second outfit for an Oscars after party. The look was much more minimalist in the jewelry department, but still very striking overall. The second dress was designed by Del Core.

While Bulgari’s Serpenti line of jewelry can cost $75K or more, her shoes are at least not in the so-pricy-we-can’t-even-dream-about-them category. If you love the shoe, it is sold out on red but the Sky High-themed sandal is actually still sold in a slew of other colors and is even on sale in some colors right now. 

Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee there’s someone out there willing to pay you six figures to wear them. 

As for Cara Delevingne, the model and actress is looking great and making efforts to take care of herself after rehab rumors swirled last year. She’s said sobriety is journey and noted “the process obviously has its ups and downs,” but she was seen behind the scenes with Florence Pugh giving away a drink at the Oscars that had been made for her with alcohol in it. Here’s hoping her journey continues to be happy, healthy and full of moments netting her $241K.

Headlines about Cara Delevingne ran rampant last year. There was that time she was seen as behaving erratically while interacting with Doja Cat on a red carpet. Then, there were disheveled airport pics, prompting people to ask if the Carnival Row actress was unwell. Amidst this, another set of photos seemed to show her unraveling around gal pal Margot Robbie. Now, months later, the actress gets candid about what was going on during that time. 

You might think the paparazzi taking unflattering photos of you at the airport would not be a great day. Yet, from what Cara Delevingne divulged in a new interview with Vogue, she’s actually “grateful” for the photos coming out. In fact, she said the photos and the chatter that followed were wake-up calls for her, noting, 

While photos at a subsequent Karl Lagerfeld event had her looking polished and put together, the airport photos were a lot closer to what the star was going through internally. Delevingne went on to explain that she had, in fact, pushed those closest to her away. This could explain those viral photos with Margot Robbie, photos that even alarmed Robbie’s mother.

Robbie was one of the members of her girl posse including her sister Poppy Delevingne and Sienna Miller. The friends had traveled together to Ibiza in Spain for her 30th birthday in August of 2022, around the same time as some of these news reports started coming to a head. She said of that time:

Following rumors hedging the star needed rehab, Cara Delevingne talked about the process of addiction and what her personal journey has been. Margot Robbie typically makes headlines for her impeccable work in notable films like I, Tonya and Amsterdam but, a few months ago, she was in the news for another reason. In September, Robbie went viral after a paparazzi photo appeared to show her crying outside of the house of Cara Delevingne, a good friend of hers. (At the time, it was also alleged that Delevingne was in need of rehab.) Many fans showed concern after the snapshot hit the web and, as it turns out, Robbie’s own mother did as well. The actress is now opening up about a conversation she had with her mom about the situation, which seems to explain what was really going on. 

In the aforementioned photo, Margot Robbie was holding her hand up to her face, giving many the impression that she was shedding tears. Sources claimed that she’d just helped to confront Cara Delevingne about checking into rehab to get help. Robbie recently explained that sometime later, her mother called to check in on her, asking whether she herself was doing ok and whether Delevingne was fine, too. As Robbie recalled during her interview with Vanity Fair, she gave her mother a brief response to both inquiries: 

Clearly, Margot Robbie wasted no time in assuring her mother that everything was cool. So one question remains: Why exactly did the star appear to be crying while exiting what appeared to be her gal pal’s abode? During the same interview, the Oscar-nominated actress recalled the rest of the discussion she had with her mom. And in the process, she stated that she was not crying and was not even at her friend’s house at the time: 

In October, Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne were involved in a scuffle with paparazzi while in Buenos Aires. The two were leaving a restaurant when their Uber was apparently ambushed by the photographer and, while the two attempted to make their escape, the photo-taker broke his arm. The paparazzo was hospitalized after breaking his arm and, when speaking out on the run-in, he said it was a “miracle” that he survived. Not much else has been said about the accident since, though some remain concerned about Delevingne, who’s apparently exhibited erratic behavior on multiple occasions as of late. 

Margot Robbie seems to have moved on, and she’s been plenty busy as of late promoting her work like Babylon, which she says “shattered” her as a performer. I’m sure that as Robbie continues to do press, she’ll aim to avoid any further photographic mix-ups. After all, she wouldn’t want to worry her mother again.

Cara Delevingne has been making headlines as of late, but not entirely due to her endeavors as an actor. One of the things you need to know about Planet Sex is that it sees the aforementioned model travelling the globe and learning about different forms of sexual pleasure. Her journey will take her to a variety of locales like Los Angeles, Berlin, Tokyo and Johannesburg, where she’ll meet a number of people who are in touch with their sexuality. That masturbation line was told to the Paper Towns alum during what looks like a meeting with an expert and, based on the footage, it’s only the tip of the iceberg for this show. 

The documentary series looks to be pretty informative, and one quickly gets the sense that it’s incredibly personal for Cara Delevingne. It would seem that the performer is also going to get raw about her sexuality. Though she’s now openly bisexual and pansexual, Delevingne has been open about her fear of coming out. As she mentions in the trailer, she also had a lot of “internalized homophobia and shame.” She’s received much support from fans since coming out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and continues to have a strong following. That’s why some have been rooting for her in the aftermath of troubling stories hitting the surface.

Reports about Cara Delevingne’s apparent behavior first came to light back in August, around the time that she was celebrating her 30th birthday with Margot Robbie and other friends in Spain. A video surfaced, which seemed to show the Pan alum flailing her arms around while talking on the phone outside the Van Nuys Airport. It was also claimed that she was messing with Megan Thee Stallion’s dress at the Billboard Music Awards this year. In addition to apparently missing events, it’s been rumored that Delevingne needs rehab. More recently, she and Robbie got into a scuffle with paparazzi, leading to a photographer breaking their arm. 

Should there be any reason for true concern, one would hope that the actress gets any necessary assistance that she needs. In the meantime, it’ll be interesting to see her open up on her new show and discuss differing views on sexuality and pleasure. And I don’t know about any of you, but I’m curious as to how she responds to that masturbation comment, aside from the sly wink to the camera.

Feuds between celebrities can be tricky to navigate. If not handled correctly, wars can be waged either quietly or on social media for years. However, when there’s mutual respect between the involved parties, misunderstandings can often be resolved with no hard feelings. The latter seems to be what happened between Madonna and Cardi B, after the rapper took issue with the A League of Their Own actress’ comments about paving the way for women like Cardi B, Kim Kardashian and Miley Cyrus in regards to sexuality in the media. 

With the feud already seemingly concluded over the course of the weekend, let’s take a look at what transpired between the music icons.

Why Were Madonna And Cardi B Feuding? 

The feud started after Madonna took to her Instagram Stories to reflect on the 30-year anniversary of her book S.E.X., saying that at the time she received a lot of criticism from people trying to shame her for sharing the naked images and for describing sexual fantasies and her take on sexuality. Spending years being called “a whore, a witch a heretic and the devil” blazed the trail for a new generation of women to embrace their sexuality, she said: 

The issue lies in the clown emoji, as surely nobody can argue the ways that Madonna injected sex into pop culture in ways that hadn’t been seen in the 1980s and ‘90s. Cardi B — who has temporarily left Twitter over previous spats — responded in a series of now-deleted tweets, arguing that her point could have been made without disrespecting other women. She said (via Variety): 

Cardi B said she was disappointed that someone she had respected growing up would have an attitude like Madonna appeared to show in her Instagram Stories. 

How Did The Singers Squash Their Beef? 

Soon after these exchanges, Hollywood Unlocked’s Jason Lee tweeted that he was on the phone with both women, whose conversation he said seemed to be expanding their respect for one another. Madonna and Cardi B appeared to support this narrative, with the “I Like It” singer sharing: 

No details of the conversation were divulged, but she seemed to be signaling to their fans that they could get on with their days after the “beautiful” sentiments were exchanged. The veteran musician-turned-actress returned the sentiment, not only showing love for the artist post-feud, but suggesting that the respect has always been there. Madonna tweeted:

Cardi B later took to Instagram Live to talk out the situation a little bit more, explaining why she was upset about the “Express Yourself” singer’s initial words and how she was feeling after talking it out with Madonna. You can see what she had to say below: 

It’s good to see the two women were able to talk this out civilly and (mostly) privately — as Madonna also did during a short-lived feud with Lady Gaga — in order to extinguish the flames before more gas was able to be thrown on the fire. It’s hard to see how there wouldn’t be common ground between artists who pushed (and are still pushing) the boundaries of what women can express through music and performance, each in their own time. 

2022 is drawing to its natural close, which means it’s time for streaming libraries to start breaking out the holiday cheer. Though that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for something spooky and/or sweet to be thrown into the mix. The November 2022 lineup for anyone with a Hulu subscription seems to be doing just that, as everything from almost all of the Saw Movies to Notting Hill is on the way in the month to come. Not to mention, Planet Sex with Cara Delevingne Season 1 is debuting, with the Suicide Squad star exploring the scientific and societal approaches to human sexuality.

That’s only the beginning of the month to come on the platform. Just make sure the young ones are in another room, occupied with something more appropriate like the complete season 4 of Dragons: The Nine Realms. Or maybe 12 Pups of Christmas, it’s really up to you.

New On Hulu The Week Of November 20: Dual, Welcome to Chippendales: Two-Episode Series Premiere, And More

The holiday yuletide continues to take over Hulu, but again there’s options for those of you who aren’t ready to deck the halls just yet. Two Karen Gillans enter, but one will leave in Riley Sterns’ dark Sundance hit comedy Dual, which is set in a chillingly hysterical near future where clones can challenge their creators to a deadly showdown for survival. 

If that’s not severe enough for you, Welcome to Chippendales kicks off as a Hulu original series that delves into the shocking origins of that male dancing empire. Score another twisted and non-nerdy role for Kumail Nanjiani, as the Eternals star is playing Somen 'Steve' Banerjee, the twisted man behind the dance.

New On Hulu The Week Of November 27 

If you’ve been waiting until this point in November to enjoy the Christmas movies on Hulu, you’ll be pleasantly rewarded with one more cherry on top of that particular sundae. Also, Planet Sex with Cara Delevingne is set to premiere, which circles back to those promises of discussing the subject of sex with a more critical lens. So, again, be careful with who’s in the room when you’re watching; but don’t forget to keep an open mind and dialogue present when enjoying.

It cannot be stated enough that Hulu is once again stocked with a lot of exciting movies and TV shows at the disposal of any subscribing viewer. Not to mention there’s quite a few horror flicks, like 28 Weeks Later and I Know What You Did Last Summer, heading to the library as well. Those of you looking to extend your Halloween celebrations will be able to do so in style. 

Before we put the remote back in its proper place for the month, it’s time for the usual caveats and warnings. Please check this schedule regularly, as titles are subject to change and availability. You wouldn’t want to miss Devil in a Blue Dress because you got your dates wrong. And with that, we’ll see you all back here around this point of November, when Hulu’s December 2022 lineup is revealed to the world.

Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne have been fast friends for years, and the two have traveled together a bunch just this year, spending time in Ibiza over the summer and to Buenos Aires more recently. They were spotted leaving a restaurant called Patagonia Sur when an incident occurred that led to a papparazzo breaking his arm and going to the hospital. That photographer is now speaking out about the incident but details are still fuzzy regarding what actually went down. 

The account from Photographer Pedro Alberto Orquera alleges that he was chased down by not the two actresses but two of the men who had attended the Buenos Aires dinner with them. In the scuffle that ensued his camera was smashed and that he was bent pretty out of shape, calling the fact he didn’t die “a miracle.” 

In the account given to The Daily Mail he also claimed there was a chance he might “lose” his arm. Previous reports did reveal that Orquera had been hospitalized after the incident and that he had broken his arm. He also noted that due to what happened he's allegedly "immobile" and "unable to work or move." 

A separate report mentioned Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie were allegedly trying to get into a vehicle when the photographer appeared. That report indicated the Only Murders in the Building actress made it in but the driver got spooked and hit the accelerator, leading the Amsterdam actress to half jump out of the car in order to avoid getting hurt. In the separate TMZ report, an investigation was pending, with one party saying the papparazzo fell during the scuffle and Pedro Alberto Orquero saying he was hurt while being chased by film producer Josey McNamara and grip Jac Hopkins.

Separate video was later seen that seemed to indicate the photographer did get chased after he appeared on the scene to take photos. A police report filed at the time indicated the party of production-based people told officers the papparazzo was  “responsible for his own injuries.”

The news comes as Cara Delevingne has made other headlines in recent weeks following reports the star allegedly needs rehab. Supplementing this story were pictures of Margot Robbie getting emotional while supporting her friend. Since that incident happened, Cara Delevingne appeared at Paris Fashion Week and then jet-setted to Argentina where the incident took place. So it does not look as if rehab is in the cards in the near future. 

Meanwhile, this papparazzo situation is still developing, and Jac Hopkins and Josey McNamara were reportedly even questioned by authorities. We’ll keep you updated regarding anything that happens next, though headlines for Robbie are likely to shift to news about Amsterdam her movie opposite Christian Bale and John David Washington, which hit the 2022 movie release schedule this weekend. 

Paparazzi are almost assured to be present whenever stars like Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne are out and about. Be it promoting new movie releases, or just hanging around as friends, it typically doesn't take long before the moment is crashed by those looking to get the shot. Unfortunately, a recent incident in Argentina saw Robbie and Delevingne trying to flee the scene of such an encounter, with the offending photographer being hospitalized as a result.

According to reporting by TMZ, it all took place in Buenos Aires, just as the two actors were leaving a restaurant together. Supposedly, paparazzi Pedro Orquera ambushed the Uber that was picking up Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne from their meal and began taking a barrage of photos. The actreess made it into the car, but her pal allegedly bailed out as their shared ride sped up in its escape.

That lead to the speculated causes of Pedro Orquera’s hospitalization. Depending on who you ask, one story says that Orquera allegedly fled the scene on foot and tripped on his own. If Orquera’s own account is to be believed, friends of the former Suicide Squad cast members supposedly attacked him.

Whatever the truth, the photographer was hospitalized with a broken arm and a head injury. Thankfully, his injuries weren’t life threatening, and no injuries were reported for either Margot Robbie or Cara Delevingne. All involved were relatively safe, despite the injuries suffered by the cameraman.

This latest incident comes not too long after Margot Robbie’s supposedly distraught visit to see her friend and former co-star. Her recent debut as a member of Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building Season 2 cast coincided with rumors that she is allegedly in need of rehab, so times are both exciting and allegedly tough for the model/actor. The timing on this latest incident is non-ideal. 

Despite all of this, Cara Delevingne is still stunning red carpets, and Margot Robbie continues to hype the world up for her big Barbie movie, which will be released in 2023. At this point, all anyone can really hope for is all involved to remain in good health, and that incidents such as this one don't result in further injuries for the stars or anyone looking to grab pictures of them. 

Thankfully, the world of entertainment has something to offer for fans of either of these actresses. Those of you looking for Robbie’s next appearance on the big screen can seek out Amsterdam, which opens in theaters starting this Friday. Meanwhile, her pal can be seen in Season 2 of Only Murders in the Building, which is currently streaming in its entirety for you readers with a Hulu subscription.

Reports in recent weeks have noted that Only Murders in the Building actress Cara Delevingne may be dealing with some personal troubles. Among those reports was one about Margot Robbie looking distraught after leaving her pal’s company. They also came after the star had also been seen behaving erratically at an airport and trying to board a private plane owned by Jay-Z. A few days later, though, she was back in the public eye, heading to Paris for Fashion Week and dressed to the nines for a red carpet event. 

In new images from the Karl Lagerfeld show in Paris, France, Delevingne was in full makeup and put together in an all-black look. One notable image from the night had her in front of a Cara and Karl sign promoting her “Cara Loves Karl Paris” collaboration. 

Though we are heading into the winter season in the U.S. and Europe, fashion moves at a swift pace and Cara Delevingne was there to support the Spring and Summer 2023 Womenswear line. A separate photo had her posing with Karl Lagerfeld designer Hun Kim, Image and Communications head Caroline Lebar, and CEO Pier Paolo Righi. 

It’s not a huge surprise the actress would be a part of a new collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld. While she has been a part of a slew of popular franchises and films in recent years – not just Only Murders, but also the likes of Suicide Squad and the John Green film Paper Towns – she cut her teeth in the fashion industry and started modeling at an early age before blowing up in her teen years. 

She’s previously collaborated with Lagerfeld before in a Chanel 2013 show called “Paris-Edimbourg.” 

The lifestyle of a Hollywood “it” girl and actress can be demanding, and Delevingne has made headlines in recent months. Sure, some of that has been for her work opposite Selena Gomez in a romantic Only Murders in The Building plotline in Season 2. However, she also has made headlines for sometimes erratic behavior. 

One of these incidents happened on another red carpet when Cara Delevingne attended the Billboard Awards earlier this year as Megan Thee Stallion’s plus one. People were upset as she grabbed the train of the rapper in a moment that later went viral online. The actress eventually called out what seemed to be “odd” behavior, telling Jimmy Fallon she was only trying to be a “hype woman.” 

It’s also worth noting the star has cut her teeth in the industry with out-there behavior, like the time Delevingne claimed she “wanted to kill someone” at the end of her Suicide Squad audition. Or the time she shaved her head for Life in a Year or made headlines for an awkward Paper Towns interview. But this time, the reports are allegedly related how the actress is spending her time outside the spotlight.

For example, a second noteworthy moment had her arriving two hours late and without shoes for a flight on Jay-Z’s private plane. She later boarded the plane but was forced to get off of it a short time later. And, of course, there was the incident when her friend Margot Robbie seemingly left her in tears following a trip the pals had taken together to Ibiza shortly before. Following these incidents, outlets like TMZ and The Sun have reported on Delevingne’s alleged hard-partying ways and have stated she reportedly may need “an intervention,” allegedly to deal with mental health issues. 

The latter outlet even indicated the actress’ family may have gotten involved. So far, it does seem to be business as usual for the star’s schedule, but we’ll keep you updated if any additional reports break and if that has any impact on Only Murders in the Building Season 3. She has already completed work for new movie Tell it Like a Woman.

Friends and family of model and actress Cara Delevingne have seemingly been very worried about her. Because there have been some reports that she’s dealing with issues that go beyond substance abuse. And Margot Robbie looked very distraught visiting her friend and former co-star after reports came to light about Delevingne needing rehab.

It’s a gift when you can find good friends who are willing to be there for you when you’re at your worst. TMZ reported that Margot Robbie, who is set to star in Barbie in 2023, visited her fellow Suicide Squad team member at her L.A. home this week, looking very sad afterward. We have no idea what happened at Delevingne’s house, but images allegedly show Robbie crying for her friend as she was seen holding her hand up to her face. Sources say that friends of the Paper Towns actress are advocating for her to go to a treatment program that involves mental therapy and substance abuse treatment.

The start of Cara Delevingne’s reported personal problems first surfaced when she, Robbie, and her other friends went on vacation to Spain in August to celebrate her 30th birthday. Ever since then, the Carnival Row actress appeared increasingly erratic in public. A video of Delevingne was posted outside the Van Nuys Airport walking outside flailing her arms all over the place while on the phone smoking a cigarette. She boarded one of Jay-Z’s private jets in Los Angeles and didn’t get off until 45 minutes later -- even though the flight never took off.

Another alleged incident occurred when Cara Delevingne went viral for messing with Megan Thee Stallion's dress at the Billboard awards this year. She later blew off the incident and joked to Jimmy Fallon that she was "working as a PA" that night. 

The 30-year-old actress and model has been missing important events lately. She was supposed to be at her own NY Fashion Week event but never made it to NYC. Delevingne also did not attend the 2022 Emmy Awards where she would have joined her cast-mates of Only Murders in the Building after joining in Season 2. In the past, Delevingne has spoken before about the fears she had about coming out as pansexual and reminding herself to be genuine. But it's unclear what has spurred this behavior recently.

Sources told TMZ that Cara Delevingne is not refusing treatment. At the same time, it’s said she’s “dragging her feet” and that her struggles are getting worse. With the love and support that she has from her loved ones, let's have faith she’ll see that opening the door to treatment can be beneficial for her life.

Margot Robbie seems to have been a supportive friend in visiting Cara Delevingne in her time of need, whether or not hard it was to see her. While we may not know what the two of them talked about, it seems to have been a very emotional meeting. 

Welcome to the Arconia, a beautiful apartment building in Manhattan that holds secrets far more sinister than rent gouging. The Hulu original show Only Murders in the Building follows the residents of the Arconia as they become suspects/sleuths in the crimes that unravel behind closed doors.

Fans of the show praised the acting performances of Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short, our three main characters and true-crime junkies-turned podcast co-hosts. Supporting performances from Amy Ryan, Jackie Hoffman, Tina Fey, Nathan Lane, and James Caverly add to the culture and quirkiness that make the Only Murders in the Building cast so special.

At the end of Season 1, viewers are left with a new crime to solve: The murder of Bunny, the Arconia’s building manager. But, who committed the heinous act? The creators of the “true crime” comedy have added a whole slew of new actors and suspects to the Only Murders in the Building Season 2 cast, which premiered on Hulu with three new episodes on June 28.

Amy Schumer (Herself)

In Season 2, Amy Schumer stars as herself, having just moved into rocker Sting’s old apartment in the Arconia. Interested in turning the main characters’ podcast into a TV show, Schumer joins the cast as an exaggerated version of herself.

Fans might recognize Schumer from her comedy specials, including Growing, The Leather Special, and Mostly Sex Stuff, or from her Comedy Central show, Inside Amy Schumer. She’s also starred in a number of memorable romantic comedies, including I Feel Pretty (2018) and Trainwreck (2015).

Schumer also stars in the new Hulu original series, Life & Beth, in which she stars with fellow OMITB Season 2 star Michael Rapaport.

Cara Delevingne (Alice)

Model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne joins the cast of Only Murders in the Building for Season 2 as Alice, a young artist interested in getting to know Mabel a little bit better. While you might recognize Delevingne from her print and advertising work, many will also know her from the Amazon fantasy, Carnival Row, which will return for Season 2, and remember her as Margo in John Green’s Paper Towns (2015). Swifties will also remember Delevingne’s appearance in the star-studded “Bad Blood” music video.

Delevingne has also appeared in films like Anna Karenina and Pan, as well as her more recent role as the Enchantress in Suicide Squad.

Shirley MacLaine (Leonora Folger)

Silver screen legend Shirley MacLaine also plays one of the mysterious residents of the Arconia in Season 2 of Only Murders in the Building.

MacLaine has played a part in many classic films, including The Trouble With Harry (1955), The Apartment (1960), Sweet Charity (1969), Terms of Endearment (1983), and Steel Magnolias (1989).

More recently, MacLaine appeared on the TV series, Downton Abbey, and played a role in the ensemble comedy, Valentine’s Day (2010).

Michael Rapaport (Detective Kreps)

Michael Raparport joins OMITB Season 2 as Detective Kreps, a detective working on Bunny’s murder case. This guy just has a face that makes every casting director say “cop.”

No, really. If you were born in the '90s or earlier, you’ll remember Michael Rapaport as Phoebe’s policeman boyfriend, Gary, on the sitcom Friends. He went on to play a cop again in A Day in the Life (2009), a homeland security agent in Prison Break, a cop again in Louie, and a cop again in Public Morals.

More recently, Rapaport took on a starring role as Doug Gardner in Atypical, this time playing an EMT. Currently, you can catch Rapaport in Amy Schumer’s Hulu show, Life & Beth. 

Ben Livingston (Charles’s Father)

Appearing in Season 2 as Charles’s father, Ben Livingston is a character actor with a hefty resume. He’s appeared in shows such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Person of Interest, Blue Bloods, Damages, House of Cards, and Mr. Robot.

In more recent years, Livingston’s acting credits have included roles in Harlem, and Manifest, NBC’s sci-fi mystery about a commercial airplane that goes missing for five years. The final season of the show will be on Netflix.

Christine Ko (Nina Lin)

A former child actor, Christine Ko got her start on projects like the TV short BFFs and the short-lived series, Hollywood Heights. 

Fans will probably first recognize Ko as Emma in the FX comedy series, Dave, where she stars as a main character alongside David “Lil Dicky” Burd.

You might also have seen Ko in TV shows such as Upload, Master of None, and The Handmaid’s Tale.

Ariel Shafir (Ivan)

We see Ariel Shafir in OMITB during the last days of Bunny’s life, where she continues her habit of giving the diner waiter money.

Shafir is known for small roles on a number of programs, such as Orange Is the New Black, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Sinner, and Bull.

Zoe Colletti (Lucy)

While we heard of Lucy in Season 1, she just might be a little more important in Season 2. Lucy is the daughter of one of Charles’s exes, and a very important person to him. 

Thanks to a photo shared by Steve Martin on Twitter, we know that Zoe Colletti has joined the cast of Only Murders in the Building and will appear as Lucy. 

The actress has appeared in several television shows, including Fear the Walking Dead and City on a Hill. She also took on a starring role in the 2019 film, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, and will appear in the upcoming sequel, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark 2.

Andrea Martin (Unknown)

Again, thanks to the not-so-secret cast photo shared by Steve Martin, we know that legendary comedian Andrea Martin will also be joining the residents of the Arconia in Only Murders in the Building Season 2. While her role in the show is still unknown, you can bet this actor will bring her A-game.

Martin has appeared in many TV shows over the course of her storied career, including two with OMITB costar Martin Short, SCTV and The Martin Short Show.

Fans of the actress will probably remember Martin from roles in The Producers (2005) and Hairspray Live! (2016). She’s also lent her voice to some animation work, including the Hercules TV series, Superman: The Animated Series, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Kim Possible, and Rugrats.

Martin is also known for playing the iconic character Aunt Voula in the film My Big Fat Greek Wedding (2002) and the spin-off show, My Big Fat Greek Life.

Only Murders in the Building (a.k.a. Hulu’s most-watched comedy) returned this week to a new mystery for Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez’s characters to solve. Alongside that, the series introduced Suicide Squad actress Cara Delevingne into the fold as Alice, an art world insider who connects with Mabel about her artwork. In the span of Season 2’s first two episodes, Alice and Mabel quickly become close and even share a passionate kiss. Delevingne is one to kiss and tell, when it comes to her moment with Gomez. 

Cara Delevingne and Selena Gomez are longtime best friends in real life, who first met when they were 15. When speaking to sharing the kiss with her BFF as the Alice to her Mabel, the Only Murders In The Building cast member said this: 

Delevingne is queer herself, openly identifying as bisexual and pansexual in the past and notably dating famous women such as Pretty Little Liars actress Ashley Benson and musician St. Vincent. While speaking to E!, Delevingne said it was “fun” to make out with Selena Gomez in Episode 2, though because they know each other so well, they of course couldn’t help but make light of it. 

Mabel and Alice depicting a queer romantic relationship between two women in one of Hulu’s most popular shows is a huge step in the direction of representation. As a good friend of Delevingne, perhaps Selena Gomez helped make the move happen, and the kiss means a lot to the Suicide Squad actress to be part of. 

We’re only two episodes into Season 2 of Only Murders, but so far it's great to see the series' main character have a queer moment without the theatrics of coming out, as many shows often do. Mabel was previously in a relationship with Oscar (Aaron Dominguez), but following the intense events of Season 1, Mabel explains that they both seem to be waiting for the “just friends” text.

When Selena Gomez was asked about Mabel’s sexuality in a recent interview (via Twitter), the actress shared that she’s “not quite sure” and doesn’t think Mabel knows either. She said that her character has been “so repressed, sexually” and has a “great difficulty with intimacy” with men and women. We’ll have to see how Mabel continues to progress in the series as Gomez continues to steal the show in Only Murders in the Building. New episodes of the show will drop on Tuesdays into late August.

Our favorite podcasting trio is back, solving a new mystery within the walls of the luxurious Arconia building. Only Murders in the Building Season 1 left fans (and faux true crime enthusiasts everywhere) in the lurch with a big cliffhanger that signaled a lot more trouble for Mabel, Charles, and Oliver. Many Hulu subscribers took to social media to celebrate the return of the murder mystery and Selena Gomez, who made a particular splash in the first two episodes was Miss Mabel Mora.

The former Disney star seemed like a possible mismatch when paired up with the legendary comedic duo of Steve Martin and Martin Short, who have been working together since before Selena Gomez was born. But Gomez complemented the pair, and held her own, acting-wise. When the first two episodes of Only Murders in the Building Season 2 hit Hulu, fans were quick to praise the actress. In fact, less than 24 hours later, some fans were already trying to generate early Emmy buzz:

Mabel’s past factored heavily into the plot of Season 1, as the murder victim Tim Kono was a member of her old friend group. The way Selena Gomez played a younger version of her character impressed viewers, and she continued to draw praise from her fans after the Season 2 premiere:

Even the critics noticed Selena Gomez’s strength as she returned to the character. Variety’s Daniel D’Addario says Season 2’s structure particularly suits the “Lose You to Love Me” singer. D’Addario says that of the three lead actors, Gomez gives the most dramatic performance, which isn’t altogether surprising, considering her co-stars. The review says:

Mary Siroky of Consequence says Mabel has instant chemistry with Cara Delevingne’s Alice. Delevingne joined the cast of Season 2 as a sophisticated art world insider who, like the main trio, becomes obsessed with the events going down in the Arconia. Selena Gomez, however, still shines best when paired with Martin Short and Steve Martin, the critic says:

Selena Gomez said ahead of Season 2’s release that it’s not just the character who has changed since the first season. She’s gone through changes in her personal life as well, and she felt some of that bled into the character of Mabel. She said Mabel’s more sophisticated now, with better style. Of course, as far as style goes, fans loved Season 1 Mabel’s fashion sense, whether it was her bright orange coat or a smart turtleneck. Fans were already falling in love all over again after the first episodes:

Season 2 of Only Murders in the Building seems to be off to a strong start! The first two episodes are available now on Hulu, with new episodes coming each Tuesday hereafter. The franchise that’s been living its life a quarter mile at a time is winding down. While the Fast & Furious world will surely continue on through spinoffs in the years to come, the main saga starring Dominic Toretto and his crew is in the final leg of this 20-plus-year endurance race with what could be a trilogy set within the popular franchise. The first of these final movies saw some of the series’ most popular characters going up against one of best Fast & Furious villains in some time, while also setting up what’s to come with the Fast X ending.

From Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto to Jason Momoa’s over the top Dante Reyes and everyone in between, the Fast X cast was filled from top to bottom with unforgettable performances that fans of the series will be talking about for years to come. And if you’re trying to figure out where you’ve seen those familiar (and not-so-familiar) faces before, look no further, for we are about to break it all down now…  

Vin Diesel (Dominic Toretto) 

Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto has appeared in all the Fast & Furious movies except for 2 Fast 2 Furious, and has become the heart, soul, and face of the franchise in the years since we first met the dominant street racer and fearless hero. And that remains the same in Fast X, which saw Dom face one of his toughest enemies yet, one who wouldn’t back down no matter what.

Though Diesel is most associated with the Fast & Furious movies, the badass action star has had an incredibly varied career, including dramas like Multi-Facial,Strays, and Saving Private Ryan, some of the best Marvel movies with his portrayal of Groot, the Riddick franchise, and the xXx action series, to name only a few.

Jason Momoa (Dante Reyes) 

Dante Reyes, the son of Hernan Reyes, Fast Five’s main antagonist, is honestly one of the best things to happen to the Fast & Furious franchise in a long time, and that’s thanks to Jason Momoa’s outlandish and incredibly violent portrayal of the villain.

Momoa, who first found success on shows like Baywatch: Hawaii and Stargate Atlantis, reached new heights in 2011 with his portrayal of Khal Drogo on Game Of Thrones. Since then, the actor has given incredible performances in the DCEU, Dune, and Sweet Girl, with even more on the way, like the upcoming Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. 

 Michelle Rodriguez (Letty Ortiz)

Michelle Rodriguez has also been part of the Fast & Furious franchise since the beginning, although it wasn’t until Fast & Furious 6 that she started taking a more central role in these movies. And in Fast X, Letty had one of her biggest stories yet, especially when it came to her time with Charlize Theron’s Cipher.

Over the course of the past few decades, Rodriguez has become one of the most badass action stars on the planet, with unforgettable roles in everything from the Resident Evil franchise to Avatar to the 2023 fantasy adventure film, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. 

Tyrese Gibson (Roman Pearce)

Introduced as Brian O’Connor’s childhood best friend in 2 Fast 2 Furious, Tyrese Gibson’s Roman Pearce has been a major part of the franchise since Fast Five, including a hilarious and intense performance in Fast X.

Outside of the Fast-verse, Gibson has landed roles in movies like Baby Boy, Four Brothers, The System, and Morbius. And if that wasn’t enough, Gibson also continues to have a successful music career, with an upcoming, Beautiful Pain, being released at some point in the near future, per Vibe. 

Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges (Tej Parker) 

Chris “Ludacris” Bridges’ Tej Parker also debuted in 2 Fast 2 Furious, hosting the street races Brian O’Connor drove in and later helping out him and Roman Pearce in their mission. Since then, he’s become a major part of the Toretto crew.

Though the rapper-turned-actor hasn’t released a full studio album since 2015’s Ludaversal, he’s remained quite busy with movies like John Henry, End of the Road, and several others. He even hosted his own reality series, Luda Can’t Cook, in 2022, which the three-time Grammy winner followed up with an appearance on Top Chef.

Nathalie Emmanuel (Ramsey)

Introduced in Furious 7, Nathalie Emmanuel’s Ramsey is undoubtedly the tech-guru of the crew, and she put her skills to work in Fast X.

Though she was already established by the time she joined the Game of Thrones cast during the show’s third season, Emmanuel will always be remembered for her turn as Missandei during the major of the HBO fantasy series’ run. Since then, Emmanuel has appeared in movies like Army of Thieves and The Invitation, as well as shows like Four Weddings and a Funeral and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.

Sung Kang (Han Lue)

A few years after he returned to the franchise in F9: The Fast Saga, Sung Kang is back once more as Han Lue in Fast X, in which he finds himself on quite a wild trip around the world. 

In addition to his multiple appearances in some of the best Fast & Furious movies, Kang has appeared in movies like We Can Be Heroes, Raya and the Last Dragon, and Snakehead the past few years. And fans of the Disney+ original series Obi-Wan Kenobi probably recognize him from his portrayal of The Fifth Brother during the 2022 miniseries.

Charlize Theron (Cipher)

If anyone deserves the honor of being the main Fast & Furious film series’ chief antagonist, it’s Charlize Theron’s Cipher. Although, in Fast X, the dangerous cyberterrorist who orchestrated much of the events in every movie since the franchise’s sixth installment finds herself in a much different situation.

One of the most well-known members of the Fast X cast, the actress has done a little bit of everything over the years, including win an Academy Award for her performance in Monster, dominated in one of the best action movies of all time with Mad Max: Fury Road, and give brief yet unforgettable portrayals in the 2009 post-apocalyptic film, The Road.

Jordana Brewster (Mia Toretto)

Like Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster goes back to Fast & Furious’ beginnings too, although Mia Toretto didn’t get nearly as much to do, action-wise, in those earlier appearances compared to Dom (her brother) and Brian (her love interest). And while she was only in Fast X for a few scenes, she’s still a key member of the Toretto crew.

Outside of the high-octane film franchise, Brewster has appeared on shows like Lethal Weapon, Magnum P.I., and The Rookie: Feds over the course of the past half-decade, as well as movies like Simulant and The Integrity of Joseph Chambers. 

John Cena (Jakob Toretto)

We had no idea that John Cena’s Jakob Toretto existed until F9, as it was revealed in the movie that Dom blamed his younger brother for the death of their father and forced him to leave town. By the time Fast X comes around, the brothers have since reconciled.

Cena, one of the most prolific wrestlers-turned-actors in recent memory, has been all over the place the past half-decade with great performances in everything from Bumblebee to The Suicide Squad, and several family-friendly comedies in between.   

Jason Statham (Deckard Shaw)

Deckard Shaw started out as a villain in the Fast & Furious franchise, having targeted Han and the rest of Dominic Toretto’s crew to exact revenge for what they did to his brother, Owen Shaw. But over the years, Shaw has become one of the franchise’s best anti-heroes and he even had a strange run-in about his past in the F9 mid-credits scene with Han Lue.

Throughout his career, Statham has led movies like Snatch, the Transporter franchise, The Italian Job, The Meg, and The Expendables, both of which have highly-anticipated sequels on the way. 

Helen Mirren (Magdalene ‘Queenie’ Ellmanson-Shaw)

Deckard wasn’t the only member of the Shaw family around in Fast X, as Helen Mirren was back as Magdalene “Queenie” Shaw. 

A living legend of the acting world, Mirren’s career can only be matched by one other name on this list (but we’ll get to them soon). From award-winning depictions of the late Queen Elizabeth II to wonderful plot-twisty thrillers like The Good Liar, and countless other movies, shows, and stage productions before, during, and since, there’s not much Mirren can’t do. 

Leo Abelo Perry (Brian ‘Little B’ Marcos)

Although Leo Abelo Perry is a newcomer to the Fast & Furious franchise, his character is not. Perry takes over as Brian Marcos, Dominic Toretto’s son with Elena Neves. 

Throughout his career, which only goes back a couple of years, Perry has popped up on shows like Black-ish and movies like Cheaper by the Dozen.

Scott Eastwood (Little Nobody)

In The Fate of the Furious, Kurt Russell’s Mr. Nobody was accompanied by a government agent who received the nickname Little Nobody. This agent was played by Scott Eastwood, and after sitting out the events of F9, he’s back for Fast X. 

The son of Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood, the actor has made a name for himself the past decade or so with appearances in Fury, The Longest Ride, Wrath of Man, and I Want You Back.

Daniela Melchior (Isabel Neves)

Two years after Daniel Melchior captured the hearts (and attention) of comic book fans around the world with her portrayal of Cleo Caro, a.k.a., Ratcatcher 2, in The Suicide Squad, the Portuguese actress landed a brief yet pivotal role in Fast X as Isabel Neves.

Fast X was the second of two major blockbusters to feature Melchior in May 2023, as she also briefly appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 earlier in the month.  

Brie Larson (Tess)

Brie Larson became another MCU actor to land a role in the Fast & Furious franchise with her portrayal of Tess, the daughter of the still missing (or dead) Mr. Nobody. 

Mostly recognized for her portrayal of Carol Danvers in the Captain Marvel movies, Larson has done a little bit of everything over the course of the past decade-and-a-half. This includes tremendous performances in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, 21 Jump Street, Room (which earned her an Oscar), Kong: Skull Island, and countless others. 

Alan Ritchson (Aimes)

We had another DC actor who came along for the Fast X ride, as Alan Ritchson popped up in the movie as Aimes, the man who stepped in and took over for Mr. Nobody.   

A lot of you may be more familiar with Ritchson for playing the latest incarnation of Jack Reacher for the popular Amazon Prime Video series Reacher. Either way, Fast X gives Ritchson another action-related credit to add to his resume. 

Rita Moreno (Abuelita Toretto) 

 The Fast & Furious franchise is all about family, blood or otherwise. In the former category, another member of the Toretto clan was introduced: Dom, Mia and Jakob’s grandmother, played by Rita Moreno, an alumnus from both film versions of West Side Story.

The talented and beloved EGOT winner has had one of the most successful and prolific careers in show business with unforgettable roles in Singin’ in the Rain, Carnal Knowledge, Slums of Beverly Hills, and countless others. Hell, she even gave an incredible performance on HBO’s gritty prison drama, Oz.

Well, that catches us up with the Fast X cast and some of the places we’ve seen them before. And while we don’t yet know who we’ll be seeing return for the upcoming Fast & Furious 11, there are plenty of 2023 movies to hold us over while we wait for more information. 

Cardi B and Offset (AKA Kiari Kendrell Cephus) have been together since 2017 and had secretly married later that year. In the five years since they’ve been together off and on,  they’ve had a daughter, Kulture, and a son, who was born on September 4 of last year. We haven’t gotten to see much of their little tyke (like literally we'd seen a blue blanket) until this week, when both the F9 actress and her rapper partner dropped sweet pics of their little man, a boy they've named Wave Set Cephus. 

Now over seven months old, Wave has some personality in his first-look photos. Offset dropped a cute look revealing the little tyke’s name along with a shot from what looks to be bathtime. 

Cardi B followed up with her own post of her little man hanging out in full winter gear. In both photos the kid is rocking some bling, taking after his famous father.

In the annals of unique baby names, Wave is pretty unusual, but it’s certainly not the wildest on the list of celebrity baby names. That might go to Apple Martin or Grimes and Elon Musk’s kids, Exa Dark Sideræl and X Æ A-Xii. (Remember when Gwyneth Paltrow even got snarky about Musk's kids' names?) Wave has its own babynames.com page, for example, seemingly indicating that there are at least some people out there who are interested in choosing Wave as a name. In this case, the choice seems to be a play on Offset’s own name anyway. 

Wave is the son of Offset, so instead of something like Offset Jr, he’s named after a different sort of set, waves. Wave sets happen in the oceans when trains of waves are moving at different speeds. As those waves collide, they can form sets of waves with greater height and prominence than the other waves around them. I don't know if this is a philosophical take on their hopes for their kid's path in life or they just liked the sound of Wave Set, but it's worth mentioning. 

Meanwhile, the two may be busy keeping up with their two kids and Offset's five kids in total, but their careers are busy, too. Offset's group, Migos, released its fourth album last year and he dropped an EP in 2021, too. Beyond music and being a mom, Cardi B's been involved in a ton of things. During the pandemic, she was active on OnlyFans and over the past few years she's tried her hand at acting on the big screen, as well, appearing in Hustlers and F9.  She'll be back in the cast for Fast and Furious 10, after Cardi B previously said she had a good experience working with Vin Diesel.

In the meantime, with a soon-to-be toddler running around, they should have plenty to keep them occupied.

Cardi B isn’t one to hold her tongue on social media. While she usually uses her platforms to have a fun time, the rapper also occasionally goes back and forth with political commentators, celebrities, and even her fans. But her latest online spat on Twitter, which involved the Grammys, has seemingly become her last, as the Love & Hip Hop alum is the latest celebrity to leave the platform.

According to The New York Post, the “Up” rapper joined the Twitter deletion club after some fans called her out for not taking part in music’s biggest night. The Grammy winner's followers admonished her for being a no-show after allegedly promising to be at the show. One follower claimed the entertainer had hyped up her fanbase for a potential return to the show a year following her performance at last year's ceremony. Upon seeing fans were reprimanding her, she responded in a now-deleted tweet:

After giving the puported explanation for her absence, things appeared to escalate quickly as some dissatisfied fans brought the rapper's children into the conversation. One follower asserted that Cardi B's 8-month-old son “wouldn’t like” her teasing her fans with upcoming music before another commentator seemed to imply that one of the singer's kids is autistic. After seeing those tweets, the multihyphenate went back and forth with her fanbase, before declaring her intention to quit Twitter:

After dropping her account, Cardi B went on to defend her actions in a now-deleted Instagram post, due to receiving backlash from the autistic community over some of her deleted tweets. On her IG Live, she explained why she went so hard during the online spat:

The rapper further mentioned that some of her friends have autistic children and claimed that her own children have been receiving online hate for some time. The " Finesse" performer ultimately doubled down on defending her family, saying that she wasn’t “taking nothing back.”

This isn't the first time the Grammys has led the rap superstar to hop off social media, as she deleted her Instagram after receiving backlash for winning the Best Rap Album Grammy in 2019. Of course, she eventually returned to the platform some time later. The entertainer isn’t a stranger to online backlash, either, as she once apologized for holding a huge Thanksgiving gathering in 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Hustlers actress joins a lengthy list of celebs who have quit Twitter after some online backlash, including Alec Baldwin, who left due to his wife's heritage scandal, and singer Sia, who exited due to backlash regarding her film Music.

While music’s biggest night was steamier for some of music’s biggest power couples, it clearly hit a sour note for Cardi B. It remains to be seen if her Twitter exit is truly permanent. In the meantime, you can check out our 2022 TV schedule to see what other award shows are coming down the road.

Hulu’s murder mystery comedy Only Murders In the Building is gearing up for a second season following a shocking cliffhanger in the Season 1 finale. The series starring Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short broke some records on the streamer and now Cara Delevingne is joining in the fun for Season 2.

The Suicide Squad vet has been cast as sophisticated art world insider Alice for the upcoming second season, according to Variety. Just like the main trio, she becomes obsessed with the mystery surrounding the Arconia, likely the one that has to do with the trio becoming lead suspects in yet another murder. 

Season 1 ended with Mabel, Oliver and Charles enjoying themselves and moving on after Tim Kono’s murderer was finally caught. However, whilst celebrating, Oliver and Charles received a text to get out of the building and when they found Mabel, she was leaning over a dead woman’s body, covered in blood. And the three were arrested.

So just how could Alice fit into the storyline? She is an art world insider, so she could have an eye for things better than other people. Noticing details no one else can, perhaps? She could be a new resident at the Arconia or related to the murdered woman, meaning her relationship with the arrested trio is up in the air depending on how she’s connected to the whole thing.

It will definitely be interesting to see how Cara Delevingne comes into the storyline, but it will be a treat for fans for her to hopefully interact with Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short. Though fingers crossed that Alice is here to help Mabel, Charles and Oliver and not hurt them. Maybe she can continue their podcast while they’re unable to? 

Season 1 of Only Murders In the Building broke some major records for Hulu. Craig Erwich, who deals with the streamer’s original content, had revealed that the series is by far the most-watched comedy in the history of Hulu as a streaming service. With all of the promo that the streamer did for it, and the A-list cast that even included Sting, Jane Lynch and Tina Fey in guest roles, it’s not surprising that it has been so successful. Add on the true crime factor and it’s a top series.

The second season of Only Murders has begun filming, per Selena Gomez’s unamused TikTok of her and her co-stars, so it’s only just a matter of time before we start seeing Cara Delevingne in the picture! There isn’t any word on when the upcoming season will premiere, but fans can expect it to come out some time in 2022. We all have that celebrity or two we’d all absolutely lose it over if we met them. For Twilight fans, those people are probably Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who portrayed Edward Cullen and Bella Swan in the five-film vampire romance. “Bodak Yellow” rapper Cardi B looks to be one of the Twihards considering how much she’s fangirling over meeting the star of the Stephenie Meyer adaptation. 

The Grammy winner recently took to Twitter to share a short video of herself with the fan-favorite actor in what looks to be some kind of industry party or function. Take a look for yourself:

I felt like a teen!” I guess it's fair to say she's a longtime Twilight fan, too! She would have been around 16 when the actor found his breakout role as Edward Cullen in the 2008 first movie. In other words, she was the perfect target audience for the phenomenon at the time.

As one fan noted, Cardi B totally referenced Twilight over the summer on social media when she tweeted that she wanted to “have vampire sex.” Maybe she was headed to the steaming realm to rewatch the saga like many of us after each film landed on Netflix a month prior to Cardi B’s declaration. 

Recently, the music personality has had some fun exchanges with another heartthrob, You’s Penn Badgely. When the actor spoke about her while promoting his Netflix show, the "WAP" performer fangirled on Twitter, typing “HE KNOWS ME!!!” Badgely then sent her some merch from the show and the pair currently have each other’s faces as their profile pictures. 

Of course, we’re curious what conversations Cardi B and Robert Pattinson had when they met the other day. Pattinson is starring as Bruce Wayne in Matt Reeves' The Batman movie, hitting theaters in March 2022. Cardi will have an original song featured on the upcoming Halle Berry movie Bruised, coming out on November 24. Berry also directed the movie, which tells the story of a disgraced MMA fighter who gets a chance at a comeback. 

Cardi B has dabbled in film as of late, having landed a cameo in F9 and earning a role in 2019’s Hustlers, starring Jennifer Lopez. It’s great to see her and the soon-to-be-superhero in the same room and likely geeking out about each other’s work. It’s also refreshing to see such a massive star like her fangirl over the Twilight alum, because… same girl. 

Cardi B is heading back to court on Monday, October 25th, for the next hearing in a criminal case that’s been active since 2018. The hugely popular rapper will appear in criminal court in Queens after pleading not guilty to reckless endangerment and assault charges. If found guilty, the “Up” artist could face time behind bars, and it wouldn't just be a couple of days in county jail, either.

At the moment, it’s looking like the max penalty Cardi B could serve for her alleged involvement in a strip club altercation back in 2018 is four years in jail. CBS New York reported that Cardi B had an opportunity to plead guilty to a third-degree assault in exchange for a conditional discharge, but she and her legal team declined the opportunity. 

Following the not guilty plea, Cardi B responded on Twitter to a fan who'd taunted her.

Cardi B isn’t tweeting like someone overly worried she’ll go to prison, though it’s hard to say if that’s a sign of confidence or just bravado. The rapper only just welcomed her second child with rapper Offset in September, so chances are high that the “WAP” rapper doesn’t want to spend any time behind bars, much less a four-year stretch, especially with the fame and wealth she’s amassed in recent years. 

As previously mentioned, this legal drama stemmed from an incident at the Angels Strip Club in Queens back in 2018. Cardi B, along with several members of her entourage, allegedly threw bottles, chairs, and a hookah pipe at bartenders in the club. The incident reportedly went down over an accusation that one of the female bartenders had a romantic encounter with Cardi B’s husband Offset, and resulted in the injury of two employees. 

Considering Cardi B's celebrity status and wealth, it's highly unlikely that she would get a full four-year jail sentence even if she's found guilty. And her legal team's actions make a guilty verdict also seem unlikely, considering she could have easily avoided any jailtime with the plea deal. 

That said, not all celebrities are immune to the law, and many prominent rappers have previously served jail time for criminal charges of all kinds. Being one of the biggest music superstars in the nation could play to Cardi B’s benefit, but it could also work against her, depending on the judge, who could very well choose to make an example of Cardi B if the evidence is stacked against her.

If you can remember back to the before times, January 31, 2020, to be exact, the cast of F9 dropped the movie’s first trailer during a concert event. Cardi B was one of the performers, and it was revealed to fans that she also had a secret role in the film. A year and a half later, F9 crushed at the box office is now gearing up for its home release, which includes a Director’s Cut with an additional Cardi B scene and future possibility for her character.

Cardi B’s character Leysa helps Dom (Vin Diesel) escape after a fight with Jakob (John Cena). It’s clear that Leysa and Dom know each other, but not so obvious how she knew he would need the assist. Justin Lin’s Director’s Cut provides an answer by introducing Leysa a bit sooner. When Queenie (Helen Mirren) drops Dom off to meet Jacob, Leysa is among the partiers outside the building. She and Dom talk briefly, so when we see her again in the truck, we understand that she was there to help out from the beginning, enlisted by Queenie.

For those who didn’t quite catch Leysa and Dom’s prior connection from their brief conversation, director Justin Lin provides more detail in his commentary track available with the home release of F9. It turns out that Cardi B’s Leysa has a stronger connection to the Fast family than we may have thought, and Lin hopes he can explore more of her story in the future. Here’s what he says in his commentary:

As the Fast universe expands, it’s fun to see new characters get added into the mix who actually have been there all along. Similar to how John Cena’s Jakob existed from the beginning but isn’t introduced to the story until F9, Cardi B’s Leysa has been around since Fast and Furious. I’m totally down to see more Cardi B in future Fast Saga stories!

Another fun nugget from Cardi B’s additional scene in the Director’s Cut (beyond looking flawless in a stunning white dress) is one of her lyrics added to the script. Leysa greets Dom by asking, “Why is the best fruit always forbidden?” which fans will recognize as a popular lyric from Cardi B’s hit song “Girls Like You” with Maroon 5.

F9’s Director’s Cut has a runtime of a hundred forty-nine minutes. That’s about six minutes longer than the theatrical version, which may not sound like a lot, but when you factor in some scenes being 15-30 seconds, it’s quite a bit of extra footage that provides context for the larger film. Cardi B is more than just a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning rapper. Since 2017, she’s been dipping her toe into small and big screen endeavors as an actress. Most recently, she took on a surprise cameo role in F9. It was a headline-grabbing move for the popular franchise, and an exciting challenge for the seemingly fearless rapper. But according to Cardi B, playing opposite Vin Diesel was a "scary" moment for her -- at least, at first.

We first learned that Cardi B would be making her debut in the Fast and Furious franchise back in 2019, when Vin Diesel shared a video of himself with the rapper on the F9 set. It wasn’t her first foray into Hollywood -- she’d given a strong performance in Hustlers earlier that year. But it was still a bit of a surprise to fans of both the musician and the film series. Despite being all smiles in the video that Diesel shared with fans, Cardi B recently admitted in an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip shared by People that while she couldn’t wait to join the cast, sharing the screen with Vin Diesel was initially a bit intimidating:

In fact, Vin Diesel did more than make Cardi B feel comfortable on set. She said that after filming wrapped, the actor even gave her some words of encouragement:

If you’ve received the Vin Diesel seal of approval, it seems like you’re probably officially a member of the Fast and Furious family. That’s fitting, since according to Diesel, the whole reason Cardi B joined the cast in the first place is because his daughter is a big fan, and she wanted to see them together on screen. He really did take the meaning of “family” seriously this time around.

In F9, Cardi B played Leysa, an old friend of Dom’s who seemingly owes him a favor and helps him out of a tight spot. While her appearance definitely falls into the cameo category -- she doesn’t have much screen time -- it seems like she made a good impression on more than just Diesel. In June of 2021, the actor revealed that Cardi B will reprise her role as Leysa in Fast and Furious 10. And given the huge number of potential spin-offs for the franchise, there’s a chance she could pop up in future films as well -- after all, there’s still a lot of mystery surrounding her character, and therefore plenty to explore.

While F9 is still raking it in at the box office, we won’t have to wait too long to see Vin Diesel and Cardi B team up again. Fast and Furious 10 is due to hit theaters in April 2023.

She's managed to parlay her success in the modeling world into countless movie and television projects – but that isn’t the only mold that Cara Delevingne broke. Over the years, the Carnival Row actress unashamedly showed off her androgynous style and female partners, proving that one could have a major Hollywood career and be openly out to the world. In her recent revelations about pride and being true to herself, though, it appears that wasn’t always so easy.

When it comes to her sexual identity, Cara Delevingne has been fearless in her honesty about it as a journey of discovery as you go. She seemed to find her true self right in front of us, as she first identified as bisexual, then genderfluid and now pansexual. Yet apparently, Delevingne was actually quite scared to be so open about it all. She told Paper Magazine:

As June recognizes Pride Month, it is apt that the actress is translating her queer identity into her new collaboration with PUMA. Her old all-black outfits aren’t gone entirely, but Cara Delevingne is incorporating more color into the scheme. She revealed that becoming more comfortable in her identity was actually “a big inspiration” for the collection. The same appears to apply to Delevingne’s work in movies and television, as well. She said:

The Amazon series Carnival Row, though a fictional telling of fae versus human, manifests as a true representation of people being divided and shamed for who they are. These themes clearly align with the aims of Cara Delevingne, who plays the show’s lead, Vignette Stonemoss.

The new season of the Cara Delevingne and Orlando Bloom was delayed due to the pandemic, but it will be finish up filming the second season this year. Hopefully, those signature Victorian corsets will be a little looser this time around.

The Fast and the Furious hasn’t shied away from getting women behind the wheel. Hit up Michelle Rodriguez’s Wikipedia page and you’ll find a lengthy list of the various cars her character Letty Ortiz has driven throughout the action series, similar to male lead Vin Diesel. And in the upcoming ninth installment in the iconic Fast & Furious franchise, aptly titled F9, women are taking the lead. A new video is hyping this up, including the debut of Cardi B.

A new promo video for F9 posted to Youtube shows just how badass the women of Fast & Furious can be. Check it out below:

Badass indeed. The footage shows multiple F9 actresses crashing cars, blowing things up, and generally wreaking havoc in true action movie fashion. The Fast franchise is known for its action, and clearly the women of the cast are getting in on the fun.. Let's break down what we're being shown here.

We see some familiar faces: Michelle Rodriguez returns as the aforementioned Letty Ortiz, as well as Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto. Michelle Rodriguez is well-known in the stunt circuit, having also appeared in films like Resident Evil with fellow badass Milla Jovovich and Battle: Los Angeles with Aaron Eckhart.

Dame Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron are also reprising their roles as Magdalene Shaw (you may remember “Queenie” as the mother of Deckard Shaw, a.k.a Jason Statham) and cyberterrorist Cipher, respectively. The gang's all here, although filmmaker Justin Lin still made room for some new blood.

Charlize Theron is a seasoned action hero, with past roles including David Leitch’s Atomic Blonde and Gina Prince-Blythewood’s The Old Guard (which, seriously, deserves all the sequels). Meanwhile, despite her elegant persona, Helen Mirren isn’t an action newbie: she’s been in both RED movies alongside genre mainstay Bruce Willis.

As if this savage line-up of women wasn’t already mind-blowing, we’re getting a new character played by the one and only Cardi B. You know, the Grammy Award-winning rapper and songstress who consistently breaks the Internet. No big deal. Whether Cardi B will be jumping into the action fray herself is unclear, but hopefully we’ll get a killer soundtrack.

Jordana Brewster said that the women of Fast & Furious are “unique,” and the rest of the cast seems to agree. Michelle Rodriguez said:

In an often male-dominated genre, Michelle Rodriguez’s words ring true. While she initially had to give the male writers a bit of a reality check when it came to female perspectives, it seems that her tradition has continued throughout the Fast & Furious films. Most female characters, while maybe sporting a bit of eyeliner, get just as down and dirty as their male counterparts.

What makes the women of F9 so different? In the same video, Oscar winning actress Charlize Theron explained:

Later this year, the titular Suicide Squad will be reborn with James Gunn's upcoming standalone sequel/soft reboot, The Suicide Squad. While David Ayer's 2016 film wasn't wildly praised, it grossed a whole lot of money at the box office, primarily thanks to its splashy marketing and its all-star ensemble, which includes Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney, Viola Davis, Cara Delevingne, and Jared Leto. It's certainly a lively cast of characters, though only a few will return for the DCEU's newest cinematic installment.

While this new movie will disregard a lot of elements from the original, including a few key characters, there's still a loyal fanbase for David Ayer's first film, and they're likely wondering what the Suicide Squad team is up to. If that's the case, we're here to help!

Will Smith (Floyd Lawton/Deadshot)

In the role of Floyd Lawton, better known as Deadshot, an expert marksman and assassin, Will Smith plays the lead character in this ensemble piece. Having risen to fame for his starring role in NBC's The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Smith became one of the biggest movie stars on the planet for Independence Day, the Men in Black trilogy, Hitch, the Bad Boys series, I, Robot, I Am Legend, Hancock, and Aladdin (2019). He was also Oscar-nominated for his lead performances in Ali and The Pursuit of Happyness.

Most recently, Will Smith starred in Bad Boys For Life, which he also produced. Next, he'll star in King Richard, and he's currently signed on — or rumored — to appear in a variety of other movies, including Emancipation, The Council, Bad Boys 4, Aladdin 2, and a remake of Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. Also, Smith filmed Quibi's reality TV series, This Joka, but its status is unknown after the company folded last year. Outside of acting, the actor/producer/rapper also keeps active on his YouTube page.

Margot Robbie (Dr. Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn)

As Dr. Harleen Quinzel, an Arkham Asylum psychiatrist seduced by The Joker and transformed into Harley Quinn, Margot Robbie gave the standout performance in Suicide Squad. Aside from this scene-stealing role, Robbie is known for her Oscar-nominated performances in I, Tonya and Bombshell. She's also known for The Wolf of Wall Street, Once Upon a Time ... In Hollywood, Mary Queen of Scots, The Legend of Tarzan, Focus, About Time, Z for Zachariah, Terminal, and The Big Short.

Last year, Margot Robbie reprised her role as Harley Quinn in Birds of Prey And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn, which she also produced. This year, she'll return in The Suicide Squad. Most recently, Robbie starred in and produced Dreamland. She also produced December's Promising Young Woman and will be heard in Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway. Currently, she's working on the newest film from writer-director David O. Russell, is expected to star in Barbie, and will possibly lead Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean reboot.

Joel Kinnaman (Col. Rick Flag)

Playing the part of Col. Rick Flag, the militant leader of Task Force X, Joel Kinnaman took on a no-nonsense character in Suicide Squad. Outside of this film, Kinnaman is known for his television roles in The Killing, Altered Carbon, Hanna, and House of Cards. On the big screen, meanwhile, Kinnaman is recognizable for RoboCop (2014), the Easy Money movies, Safe House, Lola Versus, Run All Night, Child 44, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011), and the Johan Falk series.

Most recently, Kinnaman starred in Brothers by Blood and The Informer. He was also recently seen in The Secrets We Keep and Apple TV+'s For All Mankind. Next, Kinnaman reprises his role as Rick Flag in The Suicide Squad. The actor will also return for the second season of For All Mankind.

Viola Davis (Amanda Waller)

In the role of Amanda Waller, the government official who gives The Suicide Squad their orders, Viola Davis plays a devious supporting character in DC's blockbuster. As one of our most accomplished performers working today, complete with two Tonys, an Emmy, and an Oscar to her name, there's no denying that Davis is a supreme talent. She's well-known and acclaimed for her work in Fences, Doubt, The Help, ABC's How to Get Away with Murder, Widows, Out of Sight, Antwone Fisher, Get Rich or Die Tryin', Eat Pray Love, Won't Back Down, Prisoners, Ender's Game, Blackhat, Far From Heaven, and Get On Up.

Most recently, Viola Davis starred in Ma Rainey's Black Bottom and Troop Zero. Next, Davis reprises her role as Amanda Waller in The Suicide Squad. Additionally, Davis stars in Gina Prince-Bythewood's The Woman King and Nora Fingscheidt's untitled new movie. She's also signed on to play Michelle Obama in Showtime's anthology series, First Ladies.

Jai Courtney (George “Digger” Harkness/Captain Boomerang)

As George "Digger" Harkness, better known as Captain Boomerang, an outspoken thief with deadly boomerangs, Jai Courtney gave one of his liveliest performances in Suicide Squad. Courtney is also known for his starring roles in A Good Day to Die Hard and Terminator Genisys. He also played prominent supporting roles in Jack Reacher, I, Frankenstein, the Divergent series, Felony, Unbroken, Man Down, The Water Diviner, and Alita: Battle Angel. Additionally, he had a leading part in The Exception, and recurring roles in Spartacus: Blood and Sand and Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later.

Most recently, Jail Courtney starred in Netflix's Stateless. He was also seen in Honest Thief and Buffaloed, and heard in 100% Wolf. Next, Courtney reprises his role for The Suicide Squad. He'll also soon be seen in Jolt and heard in Scarygirl.

Jay Hernandez (Chato Santana/El Diablo)

As Chato Santana, i.e. El Diablo, known for his flame-summoning powers, Jay Hernadez gave a fiery performance in Suicide Squad. Most notably, Hernandez is known for Crazy/Beautiful, the Bad Moms movies, the Hostel films, and Friday Night Lights (2004). His other notable credits include Bright, Lakeside Terrace, Max, Toy Story 4, World Trade Center, Quarantine, Max, Takers, Grindhouse, Joy Ride, Torque, Ladder 49, and Carlito's Way: Rise to Power. He also appeared in Scandal Season 7, as well as episodes of Nashville, Six Degrees, and Last Resort. Currently, Jay Hernandez stars in CBS's Magnum P.I. reboot.

Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Waylon Jones/Killer Croc)

In the role of Waylon Jones, a.k.a. Killer Croc, a cannibalistic metahuman with reptilian features, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje plays a memorable supporting character in this ensemble piece. Outside of this performance, the British actor is also known for Oz, Lost, The Bourne Identity, Thor: The Dark World, Concussion, and the fifth season of Game of Thrones. His other notable credits include The Thing (2011), Annie (2014), The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Get Rich or Die Tryin', Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, The Mummy Returns, Faster, and Congo. Additionally, Akinnuoye-Agbaje can be heard in Watership Down and Bilal.

Cara Delevingne (Dr. June Moone/Enchantress)

As Dr. June Moone, an archaeologist who's possessed by an ancient force that transforms her into the host of a powerful sorceress known as Enchantress, Cara Delevigne plays a layered antagonistic force in Suicide Squad. Previously a model, Delevigne continues to expand as an actress, notably with starring roles in Paper Towns and Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. She also has prominent supporting parts in Anna Karenina (2012), Her Smell, Pan, Tulip Fever, London Fields, and The Face of an Angel. Additionally, Delevigne plays a lead role in Amazon's Carnival Row.

Most recently, Cara Delevingne starred in Life in a Year. Next, the actress is expected to star in Punk. Additionally, Delevigne will be hosting BBC Three's documentary series, Planet Sex. Outside of acting, Delevigne directed Rainsford's "Crying in the Mirror" music video.

Jared Leto (The Joker)

Playing the part of The Joker, the psychopathic crime boss who terrorizes Gotham, Jared Leto gave a controversial portrayal of the Clown Prince of Crime. First gaining recognition for his performance in My So-Called Life, Leto became an Oscar winner for his supporting turn in Dallas Buyers Club, though he's also well-known for his work in Requiem for a Dream, Fight Club, Panic Room, American Psycho, Lord of War, Blade Runner 2049, Girl, Interrupted, Alexander, Chapter 27, and Urban Legend. Additionally, outside of acting, Leto is the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist for 30 Seconds to Mars. He also directed 2012's Artifact, the documentary series, Into the Wild, and this year's A Day in the Life of America.

Next, Jared Leto stars in The Little Things, and he reprises his role as The Joker in Zack Snyder's Justice League. He'll also play the title character in Morbius, and is reportedly attached to Ridley Scott's Gucci, Disney's Tron 3, and an upcoming Andy Warhol biopic.

Adam Beach (Christopher Weiss/Slipknot)

In the role of Christopher Weiss, i.e. Slipknot, the man who can climb anything, Adam Beach is all-too-briefly seen in Suicide Squad. Away from this performance, Beach is known for his work in Smoke Signals, Walker Texas Ranger, Flags of Our Fathers, Windtalkers, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, and Law & Order: SVU. Some of the actor's other notable credits include Hostiles, Juanita, Squanto: A Warrior's Tale, Dance Me Outside, Skinwalkers, My Indian Summer, and The CW's Nancy Drew.

Most recently, Adam Beach was seen in The New Mutants and an episode of The Good Doctor. Next, he appears in Percy, The Unhealer, Monkey Beach, and The Power of the Dog. Currently, the actor is in production on Swan Song.

Karen Fukuhara (Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana)

As Tatsu Yamashiro, also known as Katana, a widowed expert martial arts and swordswoman, Karen Fukuhara plays a badass side character in Suicide Squad. This comic book blockbuster was Fukuhara's acting debut, and she has found a few notable follow-up projects in the years since its release.

Currently, Karen Fukuhara is a series regular on Amazon Prime's The Boys. She also voices the titular character in Netflix's Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, and has a recurring voice role in Craig of the Creek. Additionally, the actress was part of the main cast for Netflix's She-Ra and the Princess of Power and she was recently heard in Bobbleheads: The Movie. At the moment, Fukuhara is shooting Bullet Train.

Ike Barinholtz (Capt. Hunter Griggs)

As Capt. Hunter Griggs, an officer at Belle Reve's Special Security Barracks, Ike Barinholtz is a notable supporting character in Suicide Squad. The actor-comedian is best known for his work on MADtv, The Mindy Project, and Eastbound & Down. His other notable credits include the Neighbors franchise, Blockers, Late Night, Snatched, Sisters, Bright, The Angry Birds Movie, and The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part. Additionally, Barinholtz co-wrote 2016's Central Intelligence and wrote, directed, produced, and starred in 2018's The Oath.

Most recently, Ike Barinholtz was seen in The Hunt, and will soon appear in Amy Poehler's Moxie. Additionally, Barinholtz stars in Apple TV+'s upcoming dark comedy series, The Afterparty.

We're living in some very tense times right now, but even with everything that's been going on this year, all of us are trying to find ways to enjoy life and find some normalcy while still staying safe. A lot of folks were heartbroken over not being able to visit in person with extended family for Thanksgiving, and now rapper Cardi B has apologized after bragging about having a big gathering for the holiday, while noting that people who complained about her activities didn't truly have the full story.

Here's what happened. Just yesterday, Cardi B took to Twitter to talk about how much fun was had by her family during Thanksgiving festivities, noting that there were "12 kids and 25 adults" all hanging out together for the event. Obviously, virus numbers have been soaring, and meeting up in such a large group when you haven't already been quarantining with all of those people for at least a couple of weeks tends to be very dangerous. And, fans took Cardi to task for what they saw as reckless behavior. Now, though, she's apologized, and said that we really didn't have the whole story:

Awww. A lot of us are feeling truly deprived right now when it comes to spending time with loved ones and celebrating milestones. For most people, everything from birthday gatherings to graduations, and baby showers to anniversary parties were totally off the table this year. That goes for celebrating the holidays, too, with it being a serious risk for anyone to get together. As Cardi said, being able to finally have her folks around her for Thanksgiving made her feel good and "uplifted," like it would for many people.

The big difference between us and Cardi B, though, is that she had the resources to make sure that everyone who came into her home, all 37 total adults and children, were tested and had negative results before being allowed to enter her home. I actually wouldn't be surprised if Cardi sent out her invitation, and told everyone to be prepared to submit to testing right outside of her home, just so she could be absolutely sure it was safe and no one would dare fudge their results. As she said in a later tweet, she is working right now, and can't take any chances:

Even though Cardi B didn't specify what this work is that she's been doing recently, can you imagine the blowback if she'd had a huge gathering for Thanksgiving and not had everyone tested beforehand? Especially if she contracted the virus and then put the people she's currently working with at risk? While it sucks that we have to deal with this at all, and that most of us can't afford to take the steps that Cardi did before her holiday party, at least she made an honest attempt to take her responsibilities, and the health of everyone involved, seriously.

There's no denying that Hustlers stole a lot of hearts and made a whole lot of cash when it premiered in theaters around the globe in September of last year. While it didn't receive any Oscar love, even though it received awards consideration from various other organizations, writer/director Lorene Scafaria's true story-based crime dramedy proved to be an entertaining and captivating feature. And it was aided nicely by its assured ensemble, which included strong performances from Constance Wu and particularly Jennifer Lopez, in what's been celebrated as one of her finest screen roles.

Now that it's been a little over a year since the acclaimed film swayed its way into theaters, what's the esteemed cast of Hustlers doing now? Let's take a look and see!

Constance Wu (Destiny)

As Destiny, the newcomer to Moves who flies under Ramona's wing, particularly during her criminal endeavors, Constance Wu has the central role in Hustlers. Prior to this performance, Wu was best known for playing the lead character in Crazy Rich Asians, for which she was Golden Globe-nominated, and for her long-standing roles in ABC's Fresh Off the Boat and EastSiders. Wu also lent her voice to Next Gen and The Lego Ninjago Movie. And she starred in Sound of My Voice, Parallels, and The Feels.

Next, Constance Wu voices a character to Wish Dragon, which is expected to come out sometime next year. She also stars in a dramedy titled Low Budget Ethnic Movie, which is directed, written, edited, produced, and starring Daniel Yoon. Wu is also soon set to be seen in I Was a Simple Man, and the rom-com, Mr. Malcolm's List, which she's also producing.

Jennifer Lopez (Ramona Vega)

In the memorable role of Romana Vega, the veteran stripper who shows Destiny the ropes and eventually introduces her to a life of crime, Jennifer Lopez gave arguably the performance of her career in Hustlers. So much so that she seemed like an Oscar frontrunner, and many folks were mad when she wasn't even nominated. Alas, while the Academy didn't recognize her work, she certainly had more-than-a-few admirers.

Both as a musician and actress, Jennifer Lopez has established a long-standing career. Particularly as an actress, Lopez is known for Anaconda, Out of Sight, Maid in Manhattan, Monster-in-Law, Shall We Dance?, Gigli, The Cell, The Boy Next Door, Enough, The Wedding Planner, U-Turn, and Selena. She's also known for TV shows like In Living Color, Shades of Blue, and American Idol.

Next, JLo produces and stars in the romantic comedy-musical, Marry Me, which hits theaters in May. Likewise, she'll star in and produce The Godmother and Shotgun Wedding, both of which are in pre-production. She's also the host of NBC's World of Dance, which recently aired its fourth season.

Lili Reinhart (Annabelle)

Playing the part of Annabelle, a new-to-the-game stripper with a queasy stomach, Lili Reinhart played a standout supporting role in Hustlers. Most notably, Lili Reinhart is known for her role as Betty Cooper on The CW's Riverdale. She also appeared on Fox's Surviving Jack, and in episodes of Law & Order: SVU, Scientastic!, and The Simpsons. Additionally, Reinhart's film roles include The Kings of Summer, Miss Stevens, Forever's End, Galveston, The Good Neighbor, Not Waving But Drowning, Lilith, and a cameo in 2019's Charlie's Angels reboot.

Outside of her ongoing role in Riverdale, Lili Reinhart was most recently seen in Amazon Prime's romantic drama, Chemical Hearts, in August. She was also an executive producer on the movie. Currently, she doesn't have any additional roles lined up yet.

Keke Palmer (Mercedes)

As Mercedes, another stripper who becomes part of Destiny and Ramona's money-stealing enterprise, Keke Palmer played one of the main roles in Hustlers. First finding fame through her award-winning starring role in Akeelah and the Bee, Palmer is also known for Barbershop 2: Back in Business, The Longshots, Madea's Family Reunion, Shrink, Joyful Noise, and Pimp. She also played the title character in Nickelodeon's True Jackson, VP, and she starred in Winx Club, Scream Queens, Berlin Station, and MTV's Scream. She also hosted Just Keke.

Most recently, Keke Palmer appeared in 2 Minutes of Fame. She also stars in Turnt Up with the Taylors. And she was one-third of GMA3: Strahan, Sara & Keke, which was canceled this year. Next, Palmer plays the title role in Alice, which is now filming. She's also set to lend her voice to the new series, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.

Julia Stiles (Elizabeth)

In the role of Elizabeth, a journalist following Destiny's turn into criminality that's seen throughout the film, Julia Stiles provided the connective tissue for Hustlers' rambunctious story thread. The actress is best known for her supporting role in the Bourne franchise, as well as her leading roles in Wicked, 10 Things I Hate About You, Down to You, The Prince and Me, O, and Save the Last Dance. Additionally, Stiles is known for Silver Linings Playbook, Mona Lisa Smile, 2006's The Omen, It's a Disaster, A Guy Thing, and A Little Trip to Heaven. She also appeared in the fifth season of Dexter.

Currently, Julia Stiles can be seen in the third season of Riviera, which she frontlines. She'll also star in The God Committee, which will arrive next year. Additionally, Stiles is currently filming Esther, also known as Orphan: First Kill, which is a prequel to 2009's Orphan.

Lizzo (Liz)

In her big-screen debut, Lizzo plays Liz, a fellow stripper at Moves, in Hustlers. As a chart-topping rapper-flutist, Lizzo has been raising her profile more and more throughout the years, and that includes a couple of acting roles along the way. In addition to this supporting turn, Lizzo provided a voice performance in 2019's UglyDolls.

As a musician, Lizzo has released three studio albums, 2013's Lizzobangers, 2016's Big Grrrl Small World, and 2019's Cuz I Love You, as well as 2016's EP, Coconut Oil. Her most well-known singles include "Good As Hell," "Truth Hurts," "Juice," and "Tempo." Earlier this year, Lizzo won three Grammys, including Best Urban Contemporary Album, for her latest studio album. Additionally, Lizzo was recognized as Time Magazine's Entertainer of the Year last year.

Next, Lizzo will be heard in the upcoming short film, Yeti! Yeti! She also recently signed a production deal with Amazon Studios. And she made a fun cameo in The Eric Andre Show Season 5.

Cardi B (Diamond)

While she has been making a name for herself as one of the hottest rappers in the business right now, Hustlers is Cardi B's official screen debut, as she doesn't have any other film or television credits to her name outside of music videos and talk show appearances. Every actor or actress needs to start their career somewhere, and Hustlers is a pretty damn good place to kick off your acting career. Even though she's surrounded by veteran talents and up-and-coming performers, Cardi B certainly holds her own here, proving to be a charismatic and dynamic screen performer. It definitely wouldn't be surprising if this movie launched a stable acting career in Cardi B's future.

Nevertheless, she's already doing exceptionally well in the music world, with a Grammy to her name and several other accolades to boot. That said, Cardi B is soon expected to be seen in F9.

Mercedes Ruehl (Mama)

As Mama, the club's den mother, Mercedes Ruehl played a watchful and mindful older maternal figure in Hustlers. A multi-award-winning actress with an Oscar, a Golden Globe, and a Tony to her name, Ruehl is an incredibly accomplished actress who sadly doesn't get her full due today. Her most well-known performance is in The Fisher King, for which she won her Oscar. Her other notable screen credits include Big, Radio Days, Heartburn, Married to the Mob, Crimes and Misdemeanors, Last Action Hero, and Roseanna's Grave. Additionally, Ruehl appeared in episodes of Frasier, Law & Order, Entourage, Psych, Law & Order: SVU, Life in Pieces, NCIS, 2 Broke Girls, and The Mysteries of Laura. She also had a recurring role in Power.

Hustlers was Mercedes Ruehl's most recent film role. Additionally, the actress reprised her role as Judge Tessa Hudson in a 2019 episode of CBS's Bull.

Madeline Brewer (Dawn)

In the role of Dawn, a drug-addled hire whom Destiny finds unreliable, Madeline Brewer played a prominent role in Hustlers' second half. Most notably, the actress is known for her work in Netflix's Orange Is the New Black, Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale, and her leading role in the horror movie, Cam. Additionally, she appeared in Netflix's Hemlock Grove. Her other film credits include Flesh and Blood, Captive State, Braid, and Hedgehog. Brewer also appeared in Grimm, Black Mirror, The Deleted, and Stalker. Her other credits include the short films, Marie Celeste, from last year and this year's The One. Also, the actress played a prominent part in John Cameron Mitchell's musical podcast, Anthem: Homunculus.

Most recently, Madeline Brewer starred in Now Is Everything, which is currently in the film festival circuits, and the newest season of The Handmaid's Tale. Her upcoming films include The Ultimate Playlist of Noise and Separation.

Wai Ching Ho (Destiny’s Grandmother)

As Destiny's caring and concerning grandmother, Wai Ching Ho played a key emotional supporting role in Hustlers. Outside of this performance, viewers might know Wai Ching Ho best for playing Madame Gao in Netflix's Daredevil, Iron Fist, and The Defenders, respectively. Her other TV credits include Law & Order, One Life to Live, Fresh Off the Boat, New Amsterdam, Flight of the Conchords, Blue Bloods, Orange is the New Black, The Jim Gaffigan Show, and Law & Order: SVU. Additionally, Ho appeared in Cadillac Man, Robot Stories, Premium Rush, Tracers, Adventures of Power, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, and Set It Up.

Most recently, Wai Ching Ho appeared in an episode of Comedy Central's Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens. She also starred in Lucky Grandma, which came out virtually earlier this year. Next, she'll star in a pair of short films, klutz. and A Father's Son, as well as the dramedy, Joyful.

Trace Lysette (Tracey)

In the role of Tracey, a fellow stripper working at Moves, Trace Lysette plays a prominent part in Hustlers. Outside of this performance, Lysette is best known for her work on Amazon Prime's acclaimed drama series, Transparent. She also appeared in Blunt Talk, Pose, Law & Order: SVU, Drunk History, Midnight, Texas, David Makes Man, and Coffee House Chronicles: The Movie. Additionally, Lysette appeared in short films like 2015's Bloody Mary and 2017's Deadbeat, as well as the music videos for Maroon 5's "Girls Like You" and Cher's "SOS." The actress can be seen in the reality TV series, I Am Cait, and the reality competition series, RuPaul's Drag Race. She was also recently an interview subject in Netflix's documentary, Disclosure.

Most recently, Trace Lysette reprised her role as Shea in Transparent's musical series finale last year. Next, she'll star in Venus as a Boy and Monica.

Usher (Himself)

In the role he was born to play, Usher makes a starry cameo appearance in the middle of Hustlers. Though he's known primarily as a musician, he has kept a consistent acting career in both film and television, including leading man performances in In the Mix and Light It Up, as well as notable supporting turns in She's All That, The Faculty, Gepetto, Moesha, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, 7th Heaven, Soul Food, Texas Rangers, Killers, Scary Movie 5, Muppets Most Wanted, Hands of Stone, and Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. He was also seen in various episodes of NBC's The Voice.

Earlier this year, Usher starred in Hulu's Bad Hair. Additionally, the actor-musician was seen in the drama, Burden, which premiered at Sundance in 2018 and got its formal theatrical release earlier this year. He also recently directed the music video for his single, "I Cry."

Earlier this week, Migos rapper and Cardi B.'s husband Offset put some positive messages out into the world by way of a voting PSA with actor and rapper Common. Unfortunately, he went public with a completely different kind of video over the weekend, as he was detained by police while broadcasting the confrontation to his fans through an Instagram Live video.

As a march was happening in Beverly Hills in support of Donald Trump being reelected, police were reportedly contacted with a citizen complaint about someone pointing a weapon at him from a vehicle. After being given the license plate number, authorities are said to have stopped the vehicle while it was still in the area. It's somewhere around this point that Offset started capturing the incident via Instagram Live. You can watch the relatively brief video, but note that there is NSFW language therein.

For those who didn't or couldn't watch, things start with Offset saying he isn't going to take his hands off of his steering wheel while nearby officers have their guns out. A female officer mentions the complaint about weapons being waved around, at which point Offset points out his identity as one half of Migos, and that he's got a group of fans following him. He also claims that police "watched somebody beat my car up with a flag" before again refusing to take his hands off of the steering wheel.

At that point, Offset mentions the 25,000+ people that were watching the Instagram Live encounter, and then threatened to publicly sue the police. The rapper (and one-time NCIS: Los Angeles guest star) tries to deny a male officer's right to reach inside the vehicle to unlock the door, but the cop does just that, and Offset was put into handcuffs just as he exited the vehicle.

Offset was not arrested during the incident, but was only detained. The passenger in the vehicle, Cardi B.'s cousin Marcelo Almanza, did not fare as well. He was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, as well as carrying a loaded firearm in a public area. His bail was set at $35,000. The person who reported the complaint chose not to press charges over the incident, according to Newsweek.

Offset was reportedly released by police not too long after he was handcuffed and detained. To be expected, the Internet had a lot to say about what went down, with both supporters and detractors speaking out. While Offset hasn't technically spoken out publicly about the incident, he did post a comment stated "For real," on a fan's tweet on Sunday evening. Below is what the since-deleted tweet allegedly stated, which highlights the moment during the video when Offset identified himself.

We’re a few days out from a social media gaffe in which popular rapper Cardi B accidentally uploaded a topless image of herself to social media. That’s only the start of the story, however, as she then explained how the topless photo came to be and it happened while she was in bed with her ex, rapper Offset. Only now, it doesn’t seem as if “ex” is quite the word, as Cardi B bluntly explained.

In a new video Cardi B posted online, she’s seen drinking a beer and waxing on about what happened, noting two key things about her relationship with Offset. The first is that even when things are bad between the couple, who share a daughter together, she still thinks of him as her “best friend.” The second reason’s a little more blunt, but I’ll let you learn it from Cardi.

Her friend filming the video goes on to explain that she thinks Cardi B may be bipolar, which the rapper brushes off, noting she already “took a test.” She's also previously said she has "no interest in being a rolemodel" and we should probably take her at her word. She said on Twitter:

Regardless of Cardi B's own take on herself, relationships can be complicated. Offset and Cardi B jumped into one pretty quickly, dating in early 2017 and getting married in September of that year.

They then had a daughter together in 2018, with Cardi B revealing she was pregnant during a memorable episode of Saturday Night Live. They’ve been off and on in the time since, appearing together at some events and waffling back and forth about a decision to divorce. It’s pretty honest of Cardi B to just straight up explain what was happening and why she was in bed with Offset again after allegedly having split up.

Offset also allegedly got Cardi B her own Billboard from their daughter just a few days ago. So, if he's the mysterious "sir" behind the billboard, he’s certainly one for grand gestures and is still making an effort in his family’s life.

At the end of the day relationships are hard, co-parenting is hard, navigating a topless scandal in Hollywood is hard. Luckily, Cardi B’s been pretty frank about the latter, noting she was a stripper in the past and that people have seen her boobs plenty of times before.

There’s a lot going on in the rapper’s life right now, and frankly, 2020 has shown us that pretty much anything goes right now. We’ll update you if they officially get back together, particularly if it happens again on SNL.

It’s been a weird summer for many, but in particular for Chris Evans and Cardi B, who both accidentally posted nudes to Instagram in recent months. Cardi B posted a topless photo on Instagram Stories, which she says happened on accident. It was quickly deleted, but now the rapper, SNL guest and Hustlers actress has responded to explain exactly what happened.

Cardi B also clarified she’s not going to beat herself up about the topless mistake, noting that she was taking a photo with Offset when she accidentally pressed and began loading it to Instagram. She tried turning off her phone in order to keep the picture from loading, but it was too late. The image was already out there and, as she put it, everyone had seen “her big salami nipple titties." It stayed up for a while, too, as she worked to re-turn on her phone and delete it. She said:

In a full post on Instagram, the rapper was also open about her body, the drama she’s been dealing with since a lot of people saw her topless. In another post on Twitter, she was a little harder on herself, but also noted that it just happened and we should move on.

In the time since the photo dropped, a lot of women have been sharing topless photos on Twitter in solidarity with Cardi B (be forewarned, some of those images are NSFW). She’s been retweeting them frequently, and there are quite a few fans out there showing their support.

Meanwhile, Chris Evans faced similar commentary on the Internet just a few weeks ago when he accidentally showed himself naked on social media. So, this is one mistake that seems as if it can and does happen on the regular. In his case, the MCU actor called his week that week “interesting” and said it was full of “lessons learned.”

He skated by pretty easily, though some women, including Kat Dennings said there was a double standard there in the public’s response. If anything, in this case Cardi B seems like the one beating herself up a little here. Her fans have come out in full-fledged support and the public should move on… though it may be a few more days.

There have been a number of things about 2020 which have, frankly, sucked right out loud. But, even in hard times (or, maybe, especially in hard times) many of us are capable of pulling humor out of the ether and then disseminating it for our fellow man to behold, so that we all may revel in the giddiness which comes from such pursuits. All of that is to say, some mastermind edited together the lyrics from Cardi B's summer hit "WAP" and the music from Jeopardy's theme song, and you really have to hear it.

I can easily admit that I am almost never the first person to stumble upon the next big thing, but there are just some things which cannot be ignored, and, as of early last month, one of those things was "WAP." If you haven't heard the impressive hip-hop song, well, rest assured that it is the furthest from the Jeopardy theme as Cardi B or any other artist could get, so having the two mashed together results in a special joy that must be heard to be fully appreciated. Observe:

LOL. This? This, my friends, is special. Is there some sort of on-going worldwide time capsule that we can put this video in? Because, and I'm 100% serious here, this is what aliens need to find in 10 billion years when our civilization is no more and they've come to scavenge the planet before the sun goes supernova and burns it to a crisp. I alone might not have the power to make this Cardi B / Jeopardy mashup go viral, but I can trust that everyone who watches will be entranced by it's calming yet filthy glory, and share it for all the world to see.

First of all, let's just take some time out to praise the very careful and thoughtful editing done by the genius who assembled this gem. I don't know what kind of musical savant could hear the closing run of the chorus to "WAP" and think, "Wait a minute...Jeopardy?" but that person has done a wonderful job of making the songs meld perfectly right through the end of the theme song, even slowing Cardi B down a bit to fit. But, my absolute favorite moment is when she says "Now from the top, make it drop" and that easy-going horn comes in. Truly, I might listen to this on a loop all day.

If the magnificent creator of this mashup was hoping to hit a home run right out of the gate, I'd say he / she / they certainly picked the right songs to play with. "WAP" has burned up the summer charts, despite it's very NSFW (and NSFRadio) content. The single, which is the first off of Cardi B's upcoming second studio album and also features Megan Thee Stallion, has both been praised for having women confidently (and explicitly) talk about their sexuality, and criticized for the very same thing. It debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, though, so it's pretty safe to say that most people are enjoying all the WAP talk.

On top of that, of course, is the Jeopardy theme music. The show is a classic, and the theme is iconic and easily recognized by pretty much everyone. Also, who doesn't love Jeopardy? Even if you don't watch everyday, you've probably seen few episodes and played along on occasion, so hearing Cardi B rap over the well-known tune is going to bring up some feelings for everyone. I know he's probably got a lot going on right now, but I'd love to hear what Alex Trebek thinks of this, wouldn't you?

My only wish for this combo is that the person or people behind it someday soon edit together the full version of "WAP" with a loop of the Jeopardy theme, thus continuing to help 2020 suck a little bit less. The DC Extended Universe has had a wild tenure in theaters, with plenty of high and low points. The first few blockbusters failed to live up to expectations, including David Ayer's Suicide Squad. The 2016 blockbuster had a ton of hype surrounding it ahead of its release, but Ayer has cited studio interference as the reason why his original vision never made it to theaters. And now the filmmaker has revealed the type of appearance he was aiming for with Cara Delevingne's Enchantress.

While Suicide Squad was a movie full of villains, Enchantress served as the main antagonist for Task Force X. The villain began as a dark and moody figure, before eventually becoming a glowing figure that showed off more of Cara Delevingne's appearance. But it turns out that David Ayer originally had a different vision for Enchantress, and he shared his thoughts on social media. Check it out below.

Not going to lie, the above image gives Enchantress a pretty epic appearance. And while there are similarities to her look in Suicide Squad's theatrical release, there are definitely some key changes that would have likely been very effective on the big screen. Let's break down what we're being shown.

The above image was shared by David Ayer himself on his personal Twitter account. Ayer often uses social media to directly communicate with the public, especially about his original plans for Suicide Squad and where it all went wrong. It's unclear if the image itself is concept art, fan art, or page from the comics, but it's clearly gotten the approval of Ayer.

Enchantress is shown in the image with a larger magical figure over her. This might be another representation for her powers, or perhaps the villain's brother Incubus, who was seen as a hulking figure in Suicide Squad's theatrical cut. Regardless, the character's power is clear from the image, and the use of eyes is particularly unnerving.

The above image also features some of Enchantress' minions, who are flanking her from other side. Suicide Squad made the faceless foes into monsters, but the art gives them more human appearances, and even guns. Every villain needs some cronies, and countless of these goons were fought off throughout the course of the villain-centric blockbuster's runtime.

This alternate look for Enchantress is also much less revealing that the costume that Cara Delevingne eventually rocked for the villain's final look in Suicide Squad. The final design didn't feature a ton of fabric, with the character flaunting Dr. June Moone's body while doing battle with Task Force X. Of course, Delevingne is a model and has likely worn much more outlandish outfits on the runway before.

Johnny Depp is currently dealing with two separate court cases and more details related to those cases continue to drop. Recently, Amber Heard’s ex-boyfriend Elon Musk got pulled into the depositions related to Depp’s case against Heard after it was reported Musk had a “three-way affair” with Heard and her friend Cara Delevingne. Now Elon Musk has some blunt thoughts about the allegations.

But first, some backstory. As part of the depositions in the case Johnny Depp has pursued with Amber Heard following their divorce back in 2017, Josh Drew (who used to be married to Amber Heard’s reported best friend Raquel Pennington), said that Elon Musk had a threesome affair with Amber Heard and Cara Delevingne in Johnny Depp’s own LA penthouse.

A separate report from a concierge alleged seeing what was possibly the two women and Elon Musk taking an elevator up to Johnny Depp’s suite in late 2016. Now, Musk is strongly denying that he had a threesome with the two women, telling Page Six:

The news comes after Josh Drew alleged this threesome happened while Amber Heard and Johnny Depp were still married and together. Elon Musk has maintained that he did not begin a relationship with Heard until after she filed for divorce, which he has repeated in the statement above.

Elon Musk was first dragged into the court case earlier this year, though the alleged information regarding Cara Delevingne came to light later. Musk and Amber Heard made their relationship official in the spring of 2017 but had broken up already by August of that year. In 2018, Elon Musk began dating Grimes and the couple had a baby this year. Speaking of their relationship prior to the CEO dating Grimes, Heard said at the time it was difficult to breakup in the public eye, noting:

It would be her second major breakup in the public eye after her divorce from Johnny Depp. In the past, both Heard and Cara Delevingne have been cited as friends and the former model and Carnival Row actress even stepped in to accept an award for her friend. Delevingne was also in a relationship shortly before this time, dating the musician St. Vincent into 2016. She later dated Ashley Benson before they broke up earlier this year.

Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time Elon Musk has been in the news recently. The tech mogul also recently had a baby with Grimes and they gave their son a truly singular name: X Æ A-Xii. It was so notable, even Apple’s mom Gwyneth Paltrow had an A+ comment after the announcement was made. I’m not sure I’d want to be in the news for a baby name, but an alleged three-way affair is arguably even wilder. You can’t say 2020 hasn’t been an interesting year.

Season 2 of Amazon’s Carnival Row began filming last November, but Hollywood-wide shutdowns in March suspended production on the sophomore season. Not to worry, however, because Season 2 is still coming. Eventually. Will the shutdown delay the new season? Where did filming leave off? Series star Cara Delevingne gave an update about Carnival Row Season 2.

Carnival Row was filming in Prague when everything came to a screeching halt. Back in March, Orlando Bloom figured the shutdown would only last “a few weeks” before getting back to business, but that has definitely not been the case. However, now that countries around the world are reopening in phases and shows might be picking back up with filming soon, where does that leave Season 2 of Carnival Row? Speaking with Variety, Cara Delevingne was the bearer of good and bad news. Here’s what she said:

The winter is still a ways away, but it makes sense that Carnival Row might not start filming again until then given current circumstances. The model-turned-actress also confirmed that she had finished filming six of the eight episodes ordered for Season 2, so there’s still some work to be done. But hey, at least Cara Delevingne thinks the season will “be so good,” which makes me excited.

Plot details for the Amazon show’s second season are scarce, but Season 1 ended with Cara Delevingne’s Vignette Stonemoss, a pansexual fairy, barricaded inside Carnival Row, which turned into an internment camp for all non-humans. I’d imagine that Season 2 will pick up where Season 1 left off, but only time will tell. Either way, whatever’s happening in the season has got the cast rather curious and excited, so that’s something to hold on to until there’s more information.

Carnival Row Season 1 debuted last August on Amazon. I can’t say for sure, but it would have likely premiered around the same time this year had the shutdowns not occurred. If Cara Delevingne’s correct and Season 2 doesn’t start filming until the winter, then fans will have to wait a whole lot longer before the next season premieres. I’d wager that Carnival Row’s second season won’t be ready until at least the spring of 2021, but that’s just speculation.

I feel like it's safe to say that, while most of us in the United States seem to be handling this whole self-isolation thing pretty well, it's far from easy for any of us. By this point, nearly a month in, we're all likely starting to go a little stir crazy. It turns out, we're not the only ones. Even celebrities, who likely live in houses much bigger than yours with much more fun stuff to do inside them, are also going slowly bonkers. Some of them aren't doing it slowly.

Without a movie or a TV show to make your favorite actors are using Instagram and Twitter as their doorway to the rest of us, and...man, they are producing some content. You've probably seen a few of these pieces going viral in your feed, but, as a gift(?) for you, Cinemablend's own Jeff McCobb has collected a lot of these clips in one easy to reference place. Check out his video below of your favorite celebrity clearly having run out of things to do.

Needless to say, there's a lot to unpack here. Modonna is singing in her bathroom, Florence Pugh is making toast, Sam Neill is washing his shoes. Some of these were clearly done for the silly fun of it all. Honestly, considering the stuff Sam Neill has put on Twitter, I feel like we might have seen the shoe laundering video even if we weren't all in lockdown. The same thing goes for Jack Black's mostly naked dance video.

And in defense of Florence Pugh, the toast bit is funny, and she's been doing a lot of more complicated cooking on social media. Seriously, Netflix needs to give her a cooking show, I'd watch.

Then there are the more complicated videos. The fact that Julianne Moore's son edited and scored a video of her washing a pot is like Schrodinger's Instagram, it's simultaneously ridiculous and impressive. There's no question they were bored out of their minds, but most of us would have probably given up on that job before it was done. At some point I was have stopped and just wondered why I was doing this. That this got completed shows commitment.

In many ways, as Jeff points out in the video, celebrities are really not "just like us," but it would seem in one key way they are. They're all sort of going nuts just like us. I mean, maybe we're not all crashing through towers of blocks like a bull in a Jenga shop, but we've probably all started to look for equally creative ways to keep ourselves entertained. Sometimes, you need to take a break from your third rewatching of Tiger King to do something else for a little while. And most of us can't play the banjo like Steve Martin.

In the past twenty years, the Fast and Furious franchise has certainly amped up its star power. While the action series became a jumping off point for its core actors such as Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and the late Paul Walker, it’s now brimming with A-list talent, including Grammy-winning, platinum-selling rapper Cardi B. The “Bodak Yellow” performer and personality has an unknown role in F9.

Vin Diesel is a producer on the upcoming blockbuster and he recently revealed how and why Cardi B ended up nabbing a role on the action-packed epic. In his words:

Apparently one of Vin Diesel’s kids is a huge fan of the rapper and asked him if she could be added into the mix. So the Fast and Furious lead actor made it happen! He worked with the writers of F9 to find a place for her and easy peasy, she’s joining the Fast family. It doesn’t sound like it was a tough feat to get the “I Like It” hitmaker in the movie at all.

In his recent interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Vin Diesel also teased the possibility of an Oscar winner joining the cast in F9. After mentioning the fact that high-caliber actors have been asking the production if they could join in on the fun, Kimmel asked him who would be a good fit for the franchise and Diesel said this:

Hmm… could there be another massive bit of casting left to be revealed in May? That’s certainly an exciting tidbit to keep in mind. For now, Cardi B is an exciting addition to F9. She recently had her first film role in Hustlers alongside Jennifer Lopez, Crazy Rich Asians’ Constance Wu, Julia Stiles and Lizzo.

Although Cardi B had a small role in Hustlers, her influence shouldn’t be discounted as a factor in the film’s success. The movie made $157.5 million worldwide on a $33 million budget and received awards buzz. The real stripper Jennifer Lopez’s character is loosely based on especially loved Cardi B in the movie and wished she played her in the movie instead.

At the center of conversation is coronavirus concerns with upcoming big-budget movies. Universal has already pushed back No Time To Die from April to November. Could F9 follow suit? One recent report claims the car flick and Black Widow will keep their May release dates. Diesel doesn’t like the idea of moving it or his other movie Bloodshot and as a producer he might have enough pull to keep it at its current date on May 22, 2020.

Before Carnival Row aired a single episode, Amazon had already renewed the neo-noir fantasy series for Season 2. Season 1, which premiered in August, ended with a series of loose plot threads that definitely need explanations in the show’s sophomore season. With production for Carnival Row Season 2 now underway, the cast is just as curious as the audience is about what lies ahead for their characters.

Over on Twitter, the official Carnival Row account posted about the start of Season 2’s production and included a video that had the cast wondering about what would become of their characters. You can watch the cast discuss their excitement for Season 2 below, but know that there are some spoilers involved for those who haven't finished Season 1!

Orlando Bloom seemed very excited about filming. And since the role of Philo is much different than past fantasy roles, Bloom is very much looking forward to what’s in store for his character after his big discovery at the end of Season 1. The Pirates of the Caribbean actor says he’s ready to explore more of Philo’s journey, which will certainly change now that's he's gotten some important new information.

Meanwhile, Cara Delevingne, whose on-set corset was so tight she lost her voice, didn’t reveal much about her own character, but she did tease that there might be new characters and creatures introduced in Season 2. That’s exciting because it means that the world of Carnival Row will expand beyond what we’ve already seen on the show.

David Gyasi brought up the fact that he’d just heard “some stuff” about Agreus that is apparently “both exciting and terrifying.” Will Imogen and Agreus make it safely out of the confines of The Burge or will they be hunted and brought back by her brother, Ezra? No one really knows quite yet, but that’s all part of the anticipation.

The Amazon series, which had a huge presence during San Diego Comic-Con, worked in a lot of storylines that reflected the real world in Season 1, including immigration and societal intolerance. I expect Season 2 to continue in that vein and expand upon everything the fantasy show has already introduced.

At the end of Carnival Row’s first season, Philo (Orlando Bloom) discovered that he was half-human and half-fae and decided to take a stand, joining Vignette (Cara Delevingne) and the rest of the fae behind The Burge’s blockade. Meanwhile, David Gyasi’s Agreus and Tamzin Merchant’s Imogen had escaped the city on a ship to who knows where.

Amazon has yet to announce any new actors for Season 2, nor does the sophomore season have a set release date just yet. Since its debut back in 2001, The Fast and The Furious has become a massive and consistently successful action franchise. There's been eight movies so far, and the first spinoff came with Hobbs & Shaw. But the main franchise will continue with Justin Lin's mysterious Fast and Furious 9, which is currently in the midst of its principal photography. Vin Diesel has been updating the fandom on the sequel's progress, and he just dropped a major bomb: the always iconic Cardi B has joined the cast.

Cardi B has become a pop culture sensation over the past few years, in no small part due to her album Invasion Of Privacy. She recently made her movie debut in Lorene Scafaria's Hustlers, and now she's going to make her debut in the massive Fast and Furious franchise. Someone cue up the Cardi track, because it looks like Fast and Furious 9 is going to include the rapper/ TV personality's signature flair. Although just what she's doing in the blockbuster remains a mystery at this time.

Fast and Furious 9 clearly is in the midst of a long and grueling filming process, as Vin Diesel revealed the project just celebrated day 86 on set. Each new installment continues to raise the stakes in regards to action sequences, so seemingly anything could happen with the upcoming ninth addition to the main franchise. After all, Hobbs & Shaw basically introduced superheroes into the official canon of the universe.

The above video from Instagram features Vin Diesel and Cardi B being adorable, possibly somewhat delirious from a long night of shooting. They left Cardi B's role and what they were filming a secret, but it seems to hint that the rapper turned actress might have a significant presence in the upcoming movie. If she's being included in the long grueling sequences to film, then maybe Cardi B gets in on the action in Fast and Furious 9. I mean, who doesn't want to see her behind the wheel of a speeding car?

Cardi B had a strong outing in her first movie, Hustlers. The crime drama was set largely in a strip club, with Cardi B playing one dancer named Diamond. She went back to her roots in the performance, which was specifically written for Cardi by Lorene Scafaria. She brought a ton of charisma to her brief scenes, and it should be interesting to see what Cardi does during her sophomore run on a movie set.

Justin Lin's Fast and Furious 9 will feature plenty of returning faces from the franchise, in addition to newcomers like Cardi B. The movie marks Lin's fourth time directing, and he's already set to helm the previously announced Fast and Furious 10. The movie will star the usual crew, while also bringing back some surprising faces.

Jordana Brewster is back as Mia Toretto, after being absent from The Fate of the Furious. The last we heard, she and Brian were happily retired from the excitement of The Crew, and with their family. Helen Mirren is reprising her role as Magdalene Shaw, mother of Deckard, Owen, and Hattie. And Charlize Theron is back as the villainous Cipher, who managed to turn Dom to the dark side for a bit of the last movie.
