If you’re a Billie Eilish fan, you probably know how much Justin Bieber not only means to her, but has inspired her own path as an artist. Heck, she has a concert movie with James Cameron coming out among 2026 movie releases that’s in part thanks to Bieber’s own film, Believe. Earlier this month, when Bieber headlined Coachella and Eilish was in the audience with his wife, Hailey, she unexpectedly became his “One Less Lonely Girl.”

Ever since seeing Billie Eilish’s priceless reaction to the viral moment where Hailey pulled her on stage during the song, we’ve been wondering about the singer’s own experience. Here’s what she said to Capital FM:

In the videos it looks like she was in disbelief when she asked to go on stage with Bieber – even though she’s developed a relationship with the fellow pop star over the years, and even headlined Coachella herself.

Following the viral moment at Coachella, which was livestreaming on YouTube on the same evening, on April 18, when it happened, fans have been loving watching the star live her best life as Justin Bieber’s “One Less Lonely Girl” that night. It really was the sweetest fangirl moment. And, it’s too cute how Billie Eilish is still flustered about it, and even unable to look back at the videos herself. Eilish is at the point in her career where tons of fans would have a very similar reaction to going up on stage with her, so it’s just adorable to see her freak out over an artist who means a lot to her.

Justin Bieber made his highly anticipated Coachella headlining debut on April 11, and the response has been … interesting. His set included tracks from last year’s SWAG and SWAG II, as well as earlier hits and even YouTube clips, including his viral “standing on business” paparazzi confrontation. Many fans had thoughts on his choice to break out his laptop and start surfing YouTube, including Katy Perry, who was in the crowd and shared an A+ reaction.

For a portion of Justin Bieber’s 90-minute Coachella set, the singer sat on a stool behind a laptop and scrolled through videos of his earlier music. His YouTube medley reportedly included “Baby” — supposedly a favorite of his son Jack Blues — “Never Say Never” and the cover of Ne-Yo's “So Sick” that famously got him discovered by Scooter Braun. Katy Perry documented her Coachella journey alongside beau Justin Trudeau, with one slide from her Instagram post showing the Biebs pulling up a video from behind his laptop, to which Perry says:

I’m sure her sassy remark was good-natured, but Katy Perry did appear to be unimpressed with what was an extended period of silence from the headliner as he searched for his desired video. Can you imagine having that dead air broken up by a commercial while Bieber waited the 5 seconds until he was allowed to “Skip Ad”? That would have been unforgivable.

The “Roar” singer wasn’t the only one critical of that aspect of the performance, for which Justin Bieber was reportedly paid $10 million. One X (Twitter) user wrote:

After the YouTube segment was over, Justin Bieber was joined by musical guests Wizkid, Tems, the Kid LAROI, Dijon and Mk.gee for a variety of other songs, and Bieber also made sure to shout out his wife Hailey Bieber, who took in the show with Kylie Jenner. I have no doubt that they had only praise for Justin’s set.

While much of the response has been pretty critical, Katy Perry’s comment leaned into the humor of the situation, and from the rest of her post, it definitely looks like she enjoyed her day at Coachella. How Justin Bieber feels about his evening remains unknown.

May will be here before we know it and, with it, will come the 2026 Met Gala, which is set to be quite the affair. Held annually at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, the event draws various people, and they strut their stuff when making their appearances. To that point, the event also draws a considerable number of A-listers and, so far, Kim Kardashian and Hailey Bieber are amongst the celebrities who are confirmed to attend. However, there’s still some uncertainty regarding another notable star’s presence.

It would appear that Bieber and Kardashian will be joined by some A+ celebrities at this year’s Met. Page Six reports that actresses Gabrielle Union, Julia Garner and Rebecca Hall will attend along with model Alexa Chung. Even Jimmy Butler – a member of the Golden State Warriors – will reportedly be present. What remains uncertain, however, is whether or not Hailey will be accompanied to the gala by her husband, Justin Bieber.

Justin and Hailey Bieber have indeed attended events together as a couple, and both also attended the Met Gala together back in 2021. At that time, the pair turned heads, with matching black ensembles that perfectly complimented each other. Page Six doesn’t provide any specific reasons as to why the “Ghost” singer wouldn’t attend this year’s fundraising festival at the Met. So it may be possible there’s a chance Justin might show up on the big night. Of course, we’ll just have to wait and see.

The last year, however, has seen both of the Biebers make headlines for varied reasons. Justin went viral nearly a year ago due to a heated encounter with paparazzi and, sometime after the fact, he proceeded to poke fun at himself on Instagram. There have also been reports involving the Grammy winner’s purported finances, as it’s been said that he’s been blowing through his money after selling his publishing rights for millions in 2023. During that same stretch of time it was reported that Hailey was also selling her beauty brand, Rhode, for $1 billion.

Regardless of whether Justin Bieber attends the Met this year or not, it makes a lot of sense as to why Hailey would be invited and attend. Over the past few years, Hailey has been carving out a lane for herself as a beauty influencer and media personality. Her status as a public figure has certainly risen as a result of her success, and she’s been candid about living in the spotlight while being married to Justin, with whom she shares 19-month-old son, Jack Blues. In short, Hailey attending the event feels like a no-brainer.

The other reported guests for the 2026 Met certainly seem to track as well, especially Kim Kardashian. As Page Six mentions, the billionaire SKIMS founder is essentially a gala mainstay at this point. The Met has also served as the showplace for some of Kardashian’s most striking looks, including that much-discussed Marilyn Monroe dress she sported at the 2022 edition of the event. Kardashian’s gala fits are the stuff of fashion legend at this point (even if they do get roasted in some circles).

High fashion is sure to be on full display when the 2026 Met Gala takes place on Monday, May 4. The theme of this year’s event is “Costume Art,” while the dress code is “Fashion is Art.” With those two details in mind, I’d expect a lot of eclectic outfits to be worn. At the same time, though, keep an eye out for updates on whether stars like Kendall and Kris Jenner as well as Justin Bieber end up making their way to the museum as well.

Justin and Hailey Bieber have been in the spotlight for years. They’ve been married since 2018, and over the last eight years, there have been countless rumors about the state of their relationship. Now, Hailey is opening up about living a life that is so public, and she got candid about why it “doesn’t ever really get easier.”

For well over a decade, Justin Bieber has faced an intense amount of scrutiny online. While the Beliebers go hard, the haters are also not quiet. During an interview with Vogue Australia, Hailey candidly explained that all the attention on her husband as well as her has never been easy to handle. While the Biebers have been married for a long time, and Gomez tied the knot with Benny Blanco in 2025, interest in her relationship with the “Daisies” singer that ended eight years ago still exists.

Handling all this speculation and reporting, though, is no small feat, as Hailey made clear here. However, she also said that while this is hard to handle, she’s not letting it impact her work or life. Explaining how she’s learned to live with the attention, she said:

The two became parents in August of 2024, so their son will turn two this year. So, while the attention on Jack’s mom and dad can be quite intense, it does seem like they have it under control.

Jack Blues Bieber may only be a year and a half old — with Hailey Bieber giving birth to the newest “JB” in August 2024 — but it sounds like he’s already exhibiting some of the talents of his famous parents. Hailey opened up about life as the mom of a toddler, revealing that baby Jack has started singing one of his dad’s hits, and my heart is bursting out of my chest from the cuteness.

You know on singing competitions, how the contestants always say they were singing before they could talk? Apparently, that might actually be the case for Justin Bieber’s son. The pop star’s wife, Hailey, went on the Therapuss with Jake Shane podcast (available to stream with a Netflix subscription), where the host asked if Jack listened to his father’s music. Hailey responded:

That may actually be the cutest thing I’ve ever heard in my life, and I say that as someone who really doesn’t have an opinion about Justin Bieber’s music.

It’s no surprise that Jack Blues’ playlists include his dad’s catalog, and “Baby” — the debut single off of Justin Bieber’s first album, 2010’s My World 2.0 — is such a perfect tune for him to latch onto (for obvious reasons). It’s also pretty relatable, because who here hasn’t caught the “Baby” earworm at some point or another?

I can only imagine how proud of a moment it was for Justin Bieber the first time he heard his baby singing “Baby.” It’s been sweet to see him adjust to fatherhood, as sources were quick to report that he’s a “great dad,” and while he and Hailey are amongst the celebrities choosing not to post their children’s faces on social media, Justin still shares plenty of pics with his son.

If the day comes that Jack Blues Bieber actually does want to follow in his proud pop’s footsteps, he’s likely in for a much different experience than Justin had. The Swag artist has opened up in recent months about feeling “rushed” into a life he “didn’t fully choose,” so it’s safe to assume Justin would do everything he could to ensure Jack wouldn’t experience the same pressure he did.

That’s a conversation for the future, though, because I’m sure Hailey and Justin Bieber are just soaking in the moments like Jack starting to sing along to his dad’s music. Hailey certainly impacted her husband’s latest albums, Swag and Swag II, and it’s hard to imagine that becoming a father didn’t also provide the singer with inspiration.

While there’s surely been plenty of memories to hold onto from the past 18 months, Justin and Hailey have seen their share of strife as well. Justin allegedly struggled after Diddy was arrested, as the two were friends when JB was younger. Rumors of tension and possible divorce also plagued the couple, who tied the knot in 2018, as Justin also grieved the loss of his grandfather.

I would imagine that the sound of hearing baby Jack start to sing along to his songs is cute enough to heal at least some of this, and I can’t wait for updates on the toddler’s other favorites from his dad’s collection in the future.

Kylie Jenner is, without a doubt, one of the most fashionable members of her famous family, showing off some wild pieces like her pink latex lingerie, showgirl dress complete with neck feathers, and who can forget that sick lion’s head brooch? Sure, some of her looks have been controversial, but did the dress she wore to Justin and Hailey Bieber’s wedding really cause drama? As Jenner looked back through some of her boldest outfits, she revealed what the bride and groom thought of the viral gown.

The Kardashian-Jenners have been close with the Biebers for years, with the families even spending Thanksgiving together and Justin dedicating a special song to Kendall Jenner at her milestone 30th birthday bash. So what was all the brouhaha about at Justin and Hailey’s 2018 wedding? Kylie looked back at some of her most iconic celebrity fashion moments for a Vogue piece and recalled people getting “upset” at her golden dress. She said:

However, there was that incident last summer when Kylie Jenner had fans sounding the alarm over the dress she wore to Jeff Bezos’ wedding in Italy. The makeup mogul showed off her stunning corset, which was a little too close to white for fans’ liking. I’d suspect that this was another case where the bride — Lauren Sánchez — was unbothered, as I’m sure Jenner wasn’t the only guest sporting a bold look for the billionaire’s big weekend.

All’s well that ends well, and despite any backlash Kylie Jenner faced over her gold dress at the Bieber wedding — which seems to be coming only from fans — she remains as close to Hailey and Justin as ever.

Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday bash made big headlines in November, with Jeff Bezos hosting a James Bond-themed party, with guests from Oprah Winfrey to Martha Stewart and even a disappearing Meghan Markle. However, Kris wasn’t the only Kardashian-Jenner family member celebrating a milestone. Kendall Jenner celebrated the big 3-0 with a party of her own, and as she talked about Justin Bieber’s special dedication to her, I’d never realized the influence she has on his music.

Kendall Jenner paid a visit to The Tonight Show and regaled Jimmy Fallon with stories of the big trip she took with 30 of her closest pals to mark the beginning of her new decade. That, of course, included longtime family friends Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey, and she described a “really cute” moment when the Swag artist grabbed the mic:

I honestly think I’d have trouble finding 30 people I’d want to go on a trip with, and here Kendall Jenner is, getting crooned to by arguably one of the biggest pop stars in history. It sounds incredibly special, and even more so when she explained her unique connection to the song. She continued:

OK, first of all, that is amazingly cute. I love a good platonic friendship, and of course any time Justin Bieber dedicates a song to you for your birthday, I'm sure it’s incredibly meaningful. “Devotion” is part of Swag, one of two albums released by the artist in 2025 — along with Swag II — which were his first since 2021. It’s pretty cool to hear that had it not been for Kendall Jenner, that song might not have been part of the release.

I know she says it wasn’t up to her, but nobody should ever doubt how powerful her family can be to influence decisions. The fact that Justin Bieber thought to dedicate the song to her seems to prove that even he associates the two.

The Biebers and Jenners are obviously super close, with Justin and Hailey spending Thanksgiving with the family and sporting Marty Supreme jackets that were presumably gifts from Kylie’s partner Timothée Chalamet. I’m not sure, however, if that means Kris Jenner will get her alleged wish to get Justin on The Kardashians.

When Justin Bieber dropped the song “Baby” back in 2010, he was a mere teenager being introduced to a world that was both glittery and overwhelming at once. On Christmas Eve this year, he reflected on the music industry, how it treated him, and what he wants to see changed from within, just as he’s gone on a journey of faith to change himself from within.

In a lengthy message on Instagram over Christmas Eve, Justin Bieber got candid about where he’d ended up in life and the “system” that was really rewarding, but also took a lot from him. He wrote:

Justin Bieber’s gone through a lot in his short time on Earth. At only 31, he allegedly grew and then lost a $90 million fortune. Like Britney Spears, he no longer really performs (though he's expected to make a Coachella comeback). We've also seen the anger he mentioned he's carried when he's confronted paparazzi and more.

This year, his early mentorship and the time he spent with P. Diddy unfortunately put him back into the spotlight during the rapper’s arrest and subsequent trial. His drug use is well-documented, sometimes even by the pop singer himself. Troubled marriage rumors have swirled around him and wife Hailey Bieber, with reports citing it being “tense” after the birth of their son Jack Blues Bieber. They’ve tried to pour water on the rumors, but reports of trouble have persisted.

However, despite the trials and tribulations the singer has faced in his personal life, he noted in his post he does not “want to burn the music industry down.” He wants to see it made better for newcomers coming in so they can combat the specific struggles the young and newly famous face. He doesn’t share any particular solutions, but I think it’s important to note he doesn’t seem bitter, and is look toward a better future for those coming up in the business.

There's the public-facing Bieber we often see misbehaving, but the other part of him finds great comfort in faith. Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey belong to Churchome, whose pastor has also attracted attention and a bit of controversy. Nonetheless, Bieber spends the majority of this Christmas Eve post discussing his faith and how finding God and Jesus has led him onto a better path. His takeaway?

The future is now, and now that Bieber is a father and constantly working on himself using faith as a tool, he let the world know that he wants to be the change he wants to see. We’ll have to wait and see what 2026 brings.

I have a job that has let me meet and speak with more than a few celebrities. But I’ll admit if I walked past a lot of them on the sidewalk, I’m sure there are a lot of famous people I probably wouldn’t recognize. That means I’d probably be out the $10,000 a woman just for picking out the real celebrity in a line-up of lookalikes.

In a setup that looks like Netflix’s Is It Cake?, only the cakes are famous people, Mr. Beast had a woman check out five “celebrities” which included Drake, Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, Kevin Hart, and Sabrina Carpenter. The trick was that only one of the five celebrities was the real person. The woman had to keep her distance, which made the game a little tougher, but she pulled it off. Check out the video and see if you do.

A couple of the lookalikes feel like they’re intentionally off the mark. Drake doesn’t look that much like Drake, and unless Justin Bieber has really changed his look recently, which is possible, that doesn’t look that much like him to me But the other three, especially at a distance, could totally be who they claim to be.

I’m still not convinced that the Ed Sheeran lookalike isn’t really him. Is it possible that there were two celebrities in the group and they just never told us? I think the real guy has more tattoos that would be visible, but other than that, this guy would likely win a celebrity lookalike contest, and might even beat the real man.

Kevin Hart, the real celebrity in the mix, would have been hard to pick out because, while he says his face was doing “Kevin Hart stuff,” we don’t really see that in the video, which makes him less easy to identify. I feel like Kevin Hart always has a smile on his face, so seeing him look so serious makes it hard to be sure it’s really him.

I’ll be honest, a lot of Mr. Beast’s stunts, at least the ones that tend to get him noticed, tend to rub me the wrong way as they frequently seem to be designed to make a spectacle of normal people who take a shot at winning money. Of course, maybe I’m just jealous that I can’t afford to rent out Disneyland myself.

This one at least is mostly harmless. It’s a fun game, and it’s reasonably challenging. It’s an amount of money that would be really nice to win, but wouldn’t make most people feel like they’d ruined their life to not win it. Plus you get to meet a famous person. Not a bad deal.

Fans fully embraced Dylan Efron during his appearance on The Traitors Season 3 — for more than just being Zac Efron’s brother — and he seems to be getting similar support on Dancing with the Stars, which is airing on the 2025 TV schedule. But even those keeping tabs on Season 34’s potential dark horse may have been surprised to learn he’s friends with Justin Bieber. Dylan spoke about the Swag artist, admitting “he’s not perfect,” as the singer continues to make headlines.

On the September 30 episode of DWTS, Dylan Efron and his partner Daniella Karagach danced the foxtrot to Justin Bieber’s “Yukon.” Ahead of the performance (which can be streamed with a Disney+ subscription or Hulu subscription), Efron had high praise for his buddy, saying:

Justin Bieber knows a thing or two about being vulnerable. The “Peaches” singer is always making headlines for his social media activity, whether that’s for rumors about his marriage to Hailey Bieber or accusations of sending his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez secret messages, according to some fans.

He's definitely had our eye for the past few days, sharing a number of cryptic quotes on his Instagram this week, including one about “toxic thoughts,” and another that muses, “It is very obvious that we are not influenced by ‘facts’ but by our interpretation of the facts.”

Fans definitely had some wild interpretations of some of his other Instagram activity this weekend. The “Baby” singer shared a number of photos and videos from The League basketball court in Los Angeles, allegedly set to his new song off of Swag II, “I Do.” While the song is a romantic ballad about wife Hailey Bieber, the timing of the post was what raised eyebrows.

It would appear that Justin Bieber’s mind was on marriage just hours after Selena Gomez tied the knot with Benny Blanco, and his posts featured plenty of comments trolling him over what they did not think was a coincidence.

That’s not what Dylan Efron sees when he sees Justin Bieber, though. He told Page Six, following his performance on Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday night, he’s looking forward to seeing the Biebs headline Coachella next year and concluded:

Dylan Efron said he didn’t know if Justin Bieber was aware he was using “Yukon” on DWTS or if he’d be watching, but the song ended up being a great match for the ballroom number, and Efron and his partner received their highest scores of the season so far.

A lot of fans responded to the above comments in Justin Beiber’s defense, saying the open fly was a fashion choice. They pointed out the jeans don’t actually have a zipper, and there’s only one button showing on the fly, so that might simply just be the design of the pants. With everything going on with Justin Bieber lately, I’m sure the last thing on his mind is being the latest figure involved in a jeans controversy. In addition to celebrating the 1st birthday of his and Hailey Bieber’s son, he also recently released his first studio album in four years.

As for his marriage, after months of speculation that he and his wife were on the rocks, Justin Bieber has indicated lately that things are as good as ever. The couple was seen dancing to some live music, making out at a party and enjoying a date night where they were just “living life and eating pasta.” He’s even gotten to keep spending time with the boys, as proven by the shirtless pics he posted from a recent night out (that were Hailey-approved).

Hopefully all the good vibes continued as they marked Jack Blues’ birthday. We’ll have to see what photos come out of that celebration — and if Justin Bieber buttoned his fly for the occasion.

Now, Sandler has made his appreciation of Swift clear many times. However, his latest quote about her might be my favorite. While promoting the release of Happy Gilmore 2, he was asked what other job he’d have if he weren't an actor. Without missing a beat, the Sandman told Hits Radio UK:

In the past, the comedian has noted how “nice” Swift has been to his family. He also explained that they’ve met a handful of times over the years.

You know, I love that Adam Sandler is spiritually a pop girlie like me. I’m sure it helps that he has two teenage daughters. However, he also genuinely knows these folks and has interacted with them on many occasions. For example, during an interview with MTV, he shared that he actually plays golf with Justin Bieber, saying:

When asked if he’d listened to Justin Bieber’s new album, SWAG, Sandler literally jumped at the question, saying:

Wow, “cool as shit” and “fresh as hell” are quite the compliments! I also love that the Grown Ups star personally texted Justin Bieber to tell him how much he loves this new album. Now, I can’t help but wonder if Sandler was anticipating new music from the Biebs like we all were. Based on the enthusiasm of this answer, I’d guess he was.

However, according to one provision of the agreement, TMZ reports, Bieber can wait until the money from the Rhode sale comes through, as he does not currently have that much cash.

Hailey Bieber sold her skincare and beauty brand Rhode in a deal reportedly worth around $1 billion. While she will see a large chunk of that, there are also several investors, including her husband, who is set to earn about $50 million from the deal.

With sources saying Justin Bieber couldn’t have paid the $31.5 million debt without this, it would appear that the rumors were correct that the singer has blown through the $200 million he got in 2023 by selling the publishing rights to his music. Incidentally, this settlement with Hybe also means the Biebs will gain ownership of his masters, per TMZ.

Back in 2022, Justin Bieber cut his Justice World Tour short after being diagnosed with Type 2 Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which was causing facial paralysis. This resulted in debts to the tour’s promoter AEG, which were paid off by Scooter Braun’s Hybe.

An independent audit showed that Bieber still owed Hybe $26 million for the cancellation and an additional $11 million in back commissions, of which the artist agreed to pay half — bringing the total to $31.5 million. It’s also reported that Scooter Braun will not receive any of this money personally, as he is no longer the CEO at Hybe.

As for when Hybe can expect to see that payment roll in from the “Devotion” singer, it’s reported that the funds from the Rhode sale should be available “probably in a month or two.”

Now, the “What Do You Mean?” singer is accusing Braun of wrongdoing and disrupting his finances in the process. However, audits would appear to counter those claims.

In 2022, the now-31-year-old pop star embarked up on his Justice World Tour, which was set to promote his albums Justice and Changes. However, that tour was ultimately delayed due the COVID pandemic, and Justin Bieber himself cut the tour short by six months after he experienced facial paralysis due to Type 2 Ramsay Hunt syndrome. That decision ultimately cost Bieber $90 million, and he also found himself in debt to concert promoter AEG for $24 million due to receiving $40 million in advance.

Scooter Braun managed the star at the time and, as noted by TMZ, he ultimately paid off the debt via his company, Hybe. The “Yummy” performer was eventually subject to a payment plan to reimburse Braun, but he reportedly just submitted one installment before he stopped paying. Per the news outlet, Bieber’s business manager, Lou Taylor, dove into the financial records to do some research and surmised that Braun received an excessive sum of $26 million in commission. An internal audit was apparently conducted by Hybe, which concluded that Justin Bieber actually owed $1 million to Scooter Braun, who was supposedly underpaid in commissions. What Bieber purportedly didn’t argue with, though, was a second audit conducted independently by Price Waterhouse, which determined that he owed Braun over $8.806 million.

Dana Martin allegedly said he formed the plan because he felt rejected when Justin Bieber did not respond to his letters. The inmate said:

Edgar Pinon, a former sergeant at the New Mexico Department of Corrections, says in the docuseries that in 2012, Dana Martin arranged for two people — Mark Staake and Tanner Ruane — to kill a couple in Vermont, then head to New York to kill Justin Bieber and his bodyguard. Ruane allegedly referred to the targets as “dogs” in a phone call to Martin and said they planned to castrate them.

The men apparently took a wrong turn and ended up in Canada, and when trying to cross back into Vermont, they were apprehended by U.S. Border Patrol agents. Edgar Pinon said:

Mark Staake was convicted in 2015 on two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and sentenced to nine years in prison, while Tanner Ruane was convicted of the same crime in 2014. Following the incident, Dana Martin was moved to the maximum security New Mexico State Penitentiary.

That is absolutely terrifying, and I have to wonder when Justin Bieber became aware of this plot against him and how that affected him at the time. I’m sure, especially with his and Hailey’s new baby Jack Blues, security is of the utmost importance to the singer, and stories like this remind us why.

Justin Bieber put out an open call over the weekend, asking artists to “Dm me if you wanna make music together,” according to an Instagram post that captured the request. Several big names reportedly took the Biebs up on his offer, including Kehlani, Big Sean and Jaden Smith. While we don’t know if the “Peaches” singer reached out to those interested parties, we know one guy who apparently didn’t get a response, as Drake commented:

This is actually really amusing to me, because why would Drake even write this? We don’t know that Justin Bieber hit back any of the people who might have DM’d him, because nobody else made that public knowledge. It seems Drake was just setting himself up for more roasting, and those in the comments delivered, writing:

(Meanwhile, it seems the "Hotline Bling" performer does follow both Justin and his wife Hailey Bieber.)

Drake and Justin Bieber have known each other for over a decade. The rapper was featured on Bieber’s third album Believe in 2012 and also did a remix of his fellow Canadian’s “Trust Issues.”

Is it possible that the Justice artist doesn’t want to work with Drake after everything that’s transpired over the past year? The feud between the “Nokia” singer and Kendrick Lamar dominated pop culture in 2024, taking the form of a rap battle that was widely considered a W for Lamar when he released the diss track “Not Like Us.”

The song, which calls Drake out by name and accuses him of cultural appropriation and sexual misconduct, went on to sweep the Grammys. It won all five of the categories it was nominated for: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song and Best Music Video. And then there was the next-level trolling at the Super Bowl.

I’m not sure what really went down between Justin Bieber and Drake (or if nothing at all went down, as it appears) but, with the rapper catching so many strays for the diss track and the legal action he’s taken against it, I can’t really fault Bieber if he’s just trying to steer clear.

Hailey Bieber is no stranger to online hate, often finding herself the subject of criticism and gossip, whether that’s accusations of shading Selena Gomez or rumors of trouble in paradise with her husband Justin Bieber. While I’m sure she’s accustomed to blocking out much of that negativity, she seemed to really appreciate one fan’s kind words, showing her gratitude with a sweet response.

If you’ve seen My Old Ass, which is new on streaming this week for those with an Amazon Prime Video subscription, you know it’s one of the most endearing movies of the year. I don’t know about you, but I’m still not over the fact that in the movie, Maisy Stella’s Elliott has a mushroom trip where she breaks into song to serenade Justin Bieber to her crush. When CinemaBlend spoke to the movie’s star, she clearly still wasn’t over it either. Stella and writer/director Megan Park broke down how the scene became part of the movie.

Early into the film, Elliott and her friends go out to the Muskoka woods on her 18th birthday to indulge in a mushroom trip. It appears to conjure Elliott’s 39-year-old self (played by Aubrey Plaza), who cautions her to stay away from a guy named Chad, whom she meets not long after their conversation. As Elliott starts to find herself crushing hard on Chad without a red flag in sight, she decides to try the mushrooms again in hopes of talking to her older self again. But this time, the trip has the teen living her nine-year-old Justin Bieber fantasy, leading into an unexpected music number in the movie. Park said this about how Justin Bieber was involved:

The song she's talking about is Justin Bieber’s 2009 track “One Less Lonely Girl” off his debut album the singer released when he was just 15 years old. In My Old Ass, we learn that while all the other girls wanted to be the subject of the song, Elliott had hopes to be Bieber, who would regularly invite fans up to serenade the song to and offer flowers to. While Megan Park or Maisy Stella don’t know for sure whether JB watched the scene himself, they did have to get approval from his team, which makes it a high possibility. As Stella shared:

Having become famous as a TV star (while leading Disney Channel's Hannah Montana) before her music career really took off, it makes sense that Miley Cyrus made her SNL debut as a host in 2011 before returning as both host and musical guest two years later. Some of the Grammy winner's most notable performances on the show include the SNL 40th Anniversary Special and a pre-taped rendition of "Wish You Were Here" that aired during the Covid-era "SNL At Home" days.

Justin Timberlake

A celebrity who qualifies for SNL's Five-Timers Club as both a host and musical guest is Justin Timberlake, who might be one of the best SNL hosts we have ever seen for that matter. His first time performing music on the show, however, was in 2000 with NSYNC but some of his especially memorable musical moments on the show have been his raunchy collaborations with Andy Samberg.

Coldplay

A year after releasing their hit debut album, Parachutes, in 2000, British rock band Coldplay was booked on SNL for the first of several gigs. Lead singer Chris Martin is known for appearing in a few sketches – including one of the most popular SNL clips on YouTube, in which he helps Andrew Garfield finish The Amazing Spider-Man 2's kissing scene – and performed solo for the first Covid-era "At Home" episode.

Beyoncé

If you include her two appearances as part of Destiny's Child and her special guest appearance alongside her husband, Jay-Z, Beyoncé has performed on SNL five times between 2001 and 2008. She also appeared in a sketch offering a humorous dramatization of the making of the "Single Ladies" video and has been impersonated countless times by SNL and Groundlings alum Maya Rudolph.

Randy Newman

The second-ever episode of SNL marked the show's first appearance by Randy Newman, who would perform five more times up until 1988. The singer-songwriter would expand his audience when he wrong captivating, award-nominated songs for several beloved Pixar movies, including Toy Story's "You Got a Friend in Me."

Eminem

Most of Eminem's many SNL performances have been collaborative efforts. For instance, the rapper made his 1999 debut on the show with Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, performed "Stan" with Dido the following year, and would bring Skylar Grey along for two separate occasions – for "Survival" in 2013 and a medley of "Walk on Water," "Stan," and "Love the Way You Lie" in 2017.

Taylor Swift

Any of the several times that Taylor Swift has appeared at Studio 8H has been a notable occasion. This not only includes her many appearances as a musical guest (the second of which doubled as a hosting gig) but also her jaw-dropping SNL cameos, such as her impromptu introduction of Ice Spice in the Season 49 premiere.

Paul Simon

No one has appeared on SNL as a musical guest more times than Paul Simon, who was also one of several performers when he hosted the show's second ever episode. Many of his 15 gigs (as of 2018) were shared with musicians like George Harrison, his wife Edie Brickell, and Alicia Keys.

Rihanna

Surprisingly, it was not until 2009 when Rihanna made her SNL debut, featuring guest Young Jeezy for her performance of "Hard." She would go on to show up at Studio 8H several more time, two of which saw her appear in SNL Digital Shorts with Andy Samberg as "Shy Ronnie."

Sting

The Police had already broken up by the time Sting made his SNL debut in 1987. Before the end of the 20th Century, he would appear five more times, including one gigs doubling as host and musical guest and another as just the host, featuring performances by Veruca Salt.

Arcade Fire

Arcade Fire had the pleasure of performing alongside Mick Jagger as special guests when the Rolling Stones frontman hosted in 2012, which we will also count as their third SNL gig. The indie rock outfit has also appeared in a few sketches, such as an SNL Digital Shorts and a game show-style bit challenging host Tina Fey to guess who is a new cast member or a member of the band.

Jack White

On the same night Woody Harrelson was inducted into the Five-Timers Club, Jack White was also given a robe for preforming on SNL for the fifth time in February 2023. This would include when he made his debut in 2002, billed alongside former bandmate Meg White as The White Stripes.

Leon Redbone

Before his death in 2019, Leon Redbone appeared as a musical guest on SNL four times, first in 1976 and lastly in 1983. While the blues musician would go on to do some acting, such as voicing Leon the Snowman in the 2003 Christmas movie classic, Elf, he never appeared in any sketches during any of his visits to Studio 8H.

Linda Ronstadt

After making her Studio 8H debut in a cold open cameo in 1977, Linda Ronstadt would first perform on SNL two years later with co-musical guest Phoebe Snow. She shared her next three gigs with the cast of The Pirates of Penzance in 1980, The Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán in 1987, and Aaron Neville in 1989.

Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers

Rock and roll icons Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers performed on SNL eight times. The last time was in 2010 – for which Petty appeared in an SNL Digital Short opposite Andy Samberg and host Alec Baldwin – before the frontman's death in 2017.

Bonnie Raitt

As of 1994, Rock and Roll Hall-of-Famer Bonnie Raitt has been an SNL musical guest four times. Her debut was in 1978 but the three subsequent appearance would all occur in the early 1990s.

Aerosmith

Despite breaking out a few years before SNL premiered, Aerosmith would not appear on the show until 1990, when they also starred in a legendary "Wayne's World" segment with Tom Hanks as Barry, their roadie. The rock quartet would perform on the show three more times, the last occurring in 2001.

Neil Young

A surprising late bloomer to SNL is Neil Young, who made his debut in 1989 after being impersonated by Dana Carvey a couple of years earlier. The folk singer and part-time Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young member returned for his third time more than a decade later in 2000.

Mariah Carey

One of the most esteemed pop divas of her generation, Mariah Carey, first appeared on SNL as a musical guest in 1990. Her fourth time, in 2008, saw her joined by T-Pain for a performance of "Migrate."

Beck

After his 1993 hit single "Loser" made him a star, Beck debuted on SNL in 1997. This was the first of several appearance for the alt rock hero, the second of which saw him act in a sketch framed as a Behind the Music episode about Fat Albert & the Junkyard Gang.

Maroon 5

Pop rock band Maroon 5 made their first of several appearances in 2004, shortly after making their mainstream breakthrough. Frontman Adam Levine (also known as a judge on NBC's The Voice) has also appeared on the show solo to host in 2013 and join Kanye West in a performance of "Heard 'Em Say" in 2005.

Prince

Unless you count his performance of "Electric Chair" at SNL's 15th Anniversary Special in 1989, Prince was only a musical guest on the show three times. However, after his untimely death in 2016, the show aired a special featuring clips of all his Studio 8H sets, highlights of the recurring "Prince Show" sketches featuring Fred Armisen as the pop star, and anecdotes shared by host Jimmy Fallon.

Natalie Merchant

Natalie Merchant's first two appearances on SNL were as the lead singer of the indie rock group 10,000 Maniacs in the late '80s and early '90s. Her two subsequent gigs as a musical guest occurred in 1995 and 1998 after she had gone solo.

Justin Bieber

Following his breakthrough as a teen pop sensation, Justin Bieber made his SNL debut at 16 years old in a 2010 episode which also saw him participate in a sketch with host Tina Fey. The Canadian artist went on to double as host and musical guest for his second gig in 2013 and also made a few unexpected cameos, such as in a Church Lady revival from 2011 and in 2012 for the 100th SNL Digital Short.

Lizzo

Lizzo made her Studio 8H debut in a big way, performing as the musical guest on an episode hosted by the legendary Eddie Murphy making an epic SNL return in 2019. A couple years later, she returned as both musical guest and host and, while she could not stop laughing during some sketches, she was pretty stone-faced for a bit that demonstrated her talent for simultaneously twerking and playing the flute.

Green Day

Green Day emerged as one of the biggest bands of the '90s but would only perform on the SNL once during that decade. The punk trio would, however, return twice more during the 2000s, first following the success of their Grammy-winning album, American Idiot, in 2005 and again in 2009 to promote 21st Century Breakdown.

Billie Eilish

A non-actor who killed it at as an SNL host for the first time in 2021 is Billie Eilish, who also served as a musical guest for her second time that night. The Grammy and Oscar-winning pop sensation has gone on to participate in sketches in her subsequent appearances as well, such as when she joined Barbie cast member Kate McKinnon for a music video for the Season 49 Christmas show.

James Taylor

James Taylor had the rare opportunity to perform three songs in multiple episodes: when he made his SNL debut in 1976 and both times he appeared in the '90s. He would also play a song during host Michael Palin's monologue in 1979 and once served as a co-host and co-musical guest with Paul Simon in 1980.

Jay-Z

Jay-Z qualifies for this list by his solo appearances as an SNL musical guest alone. However, he has taken the stage at Studio 8H for a few special appearances, such as when he joined wife, Beyoncé, for "Crazy in Love" in 2003 and when he performed his rap on Justin Timberlake's "Suit & Tie" in 2013.

Kanye West

Kanye West's debut SNL performance in October 2005 was preceded by a cameo by Mike Myers, reference their awkward appearance together at a telethon benefitting victims of Hurricane Katrina. He would later be joined by Pusha T to perform "Runaway" for his fourth gig and memorably performed "I Love It" with Lil Pump dressed as water bottles for his seventh appearance in a 2018 episode that would end in controversy when the rapper went on an unexpected political tirade.

Sure, the beginning of November for many means it’s time to get ready for the holiday season, but here at CinemaBlend, we’re still not over all the amazing 2024 celebrity Halloween costumes. The Biebers are known to really bring it during the spooky season too, and even with a two-month-old at home, they didn’t disappoint this year, and we must discuss it.

As someone who grew up with the Disney Channel cartoon, which is currently streaming for those with a Disney+ subscription, I can’t believe we're at the point of throwing it back to the series. Of course, Hailey Bieber grew up with the show too, and looked to be having a blast embodying the adventurous teen.

I had no idea that I needed the celebrity couple to serve with this throwback, but I’m loving this.

Also, it’s the first Halloween for Jack Blues Bieber! The couple announced their pregnancy in May, and Justin Bieber was reportedly at his wife’s “beck and call” while she was expecting. The couple welcomed their baby boy in late August, which had the couple “overjoyed” to be parents.

While being new parents has to be a big adjustment for the pair, it’s great to see them taking part in Halloween with these amazing Kim Possible costumes.

Early ‘00s and Disney seemed to be a trend for celebrities given that both Kendall and Kylie Jenner and Sabrina Carpenter had Lizzie McGuire costumes this Halloween. Additionally, Emily Ratajkowski paid tribute to Jennifer Lopez’s famed 2000 Grammys dress for her costume.

Oh, and Riverdale’s Madelaine Petsch and Camila Mendes were inspired by Kim Possible too. However, in their case, Petsch was Kim and Mendes was one of the heroine’s opponents Shego. Take a look:

Kim Possible was on Disney Channel for four seasons between 2002 and 2007 along with all sorts of hit shows like The Proud Family, Hannah Montana, That’s So Raven, Even Stevens and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Plus, The Biebers Halloween throwback comes as the House of Mouse has just brought back The Wizards Of Waverly Place in the form of The Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, which premiered earlier this week.

So, the nostalgic costumes feel extra fitting.

It’s been less than two decades since, thanks to YouTube, Justin Bieber became a global superstar. His launch to stardom happened quickly, and now the singer is worth hundreds of millions of dollars. However, making lots of money means paying lots of taxes, which has not happened in at least one case, leading to Biebs getting hit with a significant tax penalty.

Last week, TMZ reported that Justin Bieber, who became a dad this past summer, was considering suing his business managers. The singer apparently feels that his finances have not been handled properly for years. We now have a specific example of just what might be the problem, as Bieber reportedly owes nearly $400,000 in unpaid property taxes.

Why Justin Bieber Owes A Nearly $400K Tax Bill

In January 2023 Justin Bieber purchased a home in Coachella Valley, California, near the home of his former manager Scooter Braun, worth $16.6 million. A house that expensive comes with a pretty significant property tax bill, $380,349 to be exact. Half of those taxes were due on October 10, but according to The Sun which says it has seen the records, the bill has not been paid.

If that’s the case, then tax penalties will likely be assessed, and a tax penalty on a $380K bill is likely significant. Bieber can almost certainly afford it. The singer sold his music catalog the same month he bought the house for $200 million.

Bieber is far from the first star to end up in trouble over taxes. Wesley Snipes ended up in jail over tax issues in the past. Other celebrities have been arrested for non-payment of taxes as well as alleged tax fraud.

However, the fact that bills have not been paid may be part of the reason that the singer is considering legal action against his former business managers.

Justin Bieber Reportedly Thinks His Management Has Been Wasting His Fortune

Justin Bieber’s net worth has been estimated between $100 million and $300 million but whatever the number, it’s significant. However, Bieber himself may think the number should be a lot higher than it is. Last week it was reported that he was considering suing his business managers for mismanagement.

It’s unclear exactly how many people could be sued, or how much Bieber believes has been lost, but more than one manager are reportedly the target of any potential lawsuit, and a lot of money could be at stake. Bieber cut ties with his previous management company back in May.

Justin Bieber’s current team is apparently not entirely sold on the idea of suing. Some are reportedly suggesting that Bieber himself is at least partially to blame for any financial problems as he has been known to spend a lot of money on everything from private jets and houses to church donations.

P. Diddy has been in the news for months now after the FBI raided his home in March of 2024 and began facing sex trafficking and racketeering charages. In the time since, a video of an incident with ex Cassie Ventura, stories of nudity, drugs and sex at his famous parties and more have circulated, and that’s not even getting into the 1000 bottles of lubricant found in his home. Because of all of the famous producer's connections, a lot of major celebrities have been getting (likely unwanted) press in recent months, and that includes Diddy’s protege Justin Bieber and Bieber's former girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Gomez already had a viral moment when resurfaced comments she’d made about Diddy mistaking her for a “lady valet” ran around, but she was back in the Diddy news this weekend after making an unexpected gaffe during a charity event. The actress and Rare Beauty founder was speaking at her Rare Impact Fund benefit and called out a slew of organizations, including the Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services Foundation. See the moment play out below (via TMZ).

You can see in the video that Gomez really is working to make sure she’s enunciating well and getting out all the relevant information in an organized fashion before her big gaffe, but you can also hear people in the audience clearly have audible reactions when it happens. She pauses and apologizes before moving on, but the slip is still a clear indication of the impact the case has had on celebrities who are in its vague periphery.

Unfortunately for Gomez, the moment was captured on camera, and while she said at the time, “I really am sorry,” fans on X and elsewhere have had a lot of thoughts. While some did note she said Didi correctly earlier in the speech, others have sent out memes with comments ranging from “Whoopsies” to “she sure knows how to grab attention.”

The accidental slip has highlighted a case near and dear to the actress’ heart. Mental health has always been a big deal for Gomez, and she’s taken pains to be real about what she will and won’t talk about in the public eye (including her billionaire status).

She also partners with Sephora, who carries her Rare Beauty line, once a year where proceeds from her sales go to mental health organizations.

P. Diddy and Selena Gomez only have a loose connection through Justin Bieber. The Only Murders in the Building actress dated the "Baby" singer between 2010 and 2018, with some off and on moments in that relationship. Meanwhile, while the Biebs was discovered by music producer Scooter Braun, it's on record that he met Diddy through Usher and the rapper became a bit of a mentor to the then-burgeoning pop singer. It's been alleged that Bieber has grown "anxious" about the connection in the time since the news broke. A PR expert has said maintaining "distance" is key.

Others with connections to Diddy, including Nick Cannon, have been more open about their connections since the raid news broke.

Kate McKinnon killed it on Saturday Night Live for years playing many characters and doing impressions of celebrities. Her impression of Ellen DeGeneres remains hilarious, and her stint playing Hillary Clinton will go down in the pantheon of SNL political impersonations. Many will also never forget her impression of Justin Bieber, which is one of her best SNL sketches and a role she reprised many times. Apparently, the Bieber character was a touchstone for McKinnon during her SNL tenure too, and it helped her get ready for the show week after week.

In a recent interview with the titular host of The Kelly Clarkson Show, McKinnon chatted about her time as a featured player on SNL, her life after she left the show in 2022, and how her schedule has changed. While the NBC program required her to work long, late nights, she is actually not a night owl, and has enjoyed going to bed early since she has moved on to different projects.

However, while she was subject to the SNL late nights, it was Justin Bieber’s music that got her hyped up. She explained:

Her love for Justin Bieber’s music came out through her impression, which featured a lot of teenage swagger and tattoos. It probably helped her get into character as well, giving her more knowledge of her subject. When it came to other SNL staff seeing her dance to Justin Bieber in the 30 Rock hallways, McKinnon never really knew. She said:

When you are starting a live show at 11:30 p.m. on a Saturday night, you probably will do anything to keep yourself awake. It’s not just the live show that makes cast members stay up late either, the staff also has long nights throughout the week as they prepare. sometimes they're even writing all night and into the next day.

That schedule is no joke, and the coffee is probably flowing 24/7. However, when the caffeine isn’t enough, “Baby” and “Never Say Never” may just be the only antidote to tiredness. Bieber has some great hits, and I totally see why McKinnon would choose his music to get her in the showtime spirit.

Bieber’s music must’ve worked, because McKinnon never seemed drowsy when she hit the SNL stage. Her energy was electric, seemingly rubbing off on her fellow cast members. You’d never even notice that she was more of a morning person and maybe would rather be in bed on a Saturday night. Her ability to rise to the occasion is why she is one of the best SNL cast members and impressionists ever.

McKinnon has since moved on to other projects, but her presence is still missed on the weekly broadcast. Hopefully, she brings back some of her iconic characters and impressions, like Bieber, as a treat for the 50th season. Fingers crossed!

It also makes sense that Selena Gomez would’ve crossed paths with the Sean John founder, given she dated “the Biebs” off and on between 2010 and 2018. What you might not expect, though, is for Diddy to totally mistake her for someone who parks cars. A while back, Gomez shared the story with GQ, while talking about the surreal situations she’s been in. She discussed some occurrences and eventually mused:

Times have certainly changed for the now-32-year-old starlet. She’s since starred in a number of movies that span various genres, from Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising to the upcoming Emilia Pérez. Not only that, but she’s also the star of one of TV's best shows, Only Murders in the Building (which can be streamed with a Hulu subscription). Her work on the dramedy series even earned her an Emmy nomination this year. On top of all that, she’s also rebooting Wizards of Waverly Place as an EP and achieved billionaire status due to her cosmetics line. So I’m sure Sean Combs knows who she is now.

It’s fair to say that Diddy currently has other matters to attend to at the moment. Since he was arrested in New York, a 14-page indictment has been released, which details allegations of arson, silencing employees on the Cassie Ventura hotel footage and more. Diddy tried to post his $50 million bail, but those attempts have been rejected. As of right now, he’s awaiting trial in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, where he’s reportedly on suicide watch.

Based on how frequently Sean Combs anecdotes have been floating around as of late, it’s possible that other stories involving stars like Justin Bieber or Selena Gomez might circulate again. Whether any of those will involve cases of mistaken identity is hard to say.

Baby Biebs has arrived. Justin Bieber announced on August 23 that his wife Hailey had given birth to their first child — a son named Jack Blues Bieber. The name seems to have a particularly special meaning for the family -- and in extension the singer’s father. As the couple’s family and friends swarmed to social media to congratulate the new parents on their bundle of joy, Jeremy Bieber gave his own short and sweet response.

Hailey and Justin Bieber were married in 2018. Some time later, in May of this year, they announced they were expecting their first child, with Hailey’s dad Stephen Baldwin and Justin’s mom Pattie Mallette commenting on how excited they were at the prospect of becoming grandparents.

Upon baby Jack’s arrival, Justin’s dad joined in the celebration, with a subtly sweet message of his own, as he wrote on X (Twitter):

Jeremy was not around for Justin’s childhood, but the two have since reconnected, and it would seem that they have a pretty solid relationship now if Justin is honoring his father by giving his child that name.
