With most of the recent TV cancellations paving the way for networks to set their Fall TV schedules, we've pulled together all the biggest and best TV premieres that CinemaBlend loyalists will be most excited about. May 2026 TV Premieres
The first half of May delivered huge shows such as Netflix's contestable Lord of the Flies series, the highly anticipated and highly dour Punisher one-off, and Beth Dutton's return to TV. The month is also stacked with stress-inducing sporting events, with NHL and NBA playoffs happening, even if those aren't noted below. May is also filled with big TV finales, from the One Chicago shows to Marshals and Tracker to the final episode of CBS' The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

June 2026 TV Premieres
The Summer TV season offically kicks off with quite a few reality TV debuts in June, from America's Got Talent to Love Island, but the Cape Fear TV reboot starring Javier Bardem anchors a big month for scripted TV as well. August 2026 TV Premieres
This is not a practice drill. I repeat, not a practice drill. Ted Lasso is making its long-awaited Season 4 return on Apple TV in August, and fans couldn't be happier to have it back on the horizon. One premiere that's earned slightly less warm embraces from fans is HBO's DCU mystery drama Lanterns, which finally got its August premiere confirmed in late April.

September 2026 TV Premieres
